Zoho Mail continues to not accept certificates of the email server

User Sessions
Hi, Do the user sessions under "Settings" refer to only my user sessions? I am having some performance issues with Zoho, and I see 10 or so user sessions open but they are not my IP. Are those other users in my company, or are those past sessions of mine? If so, I assume I can close them all with no adverse effects, and will that improve my performance issues? Thanks, Teg
Unable to send emails - error code 553
Hi I am able to receive emails but cannot send any emails from my account. Every time I try to send it says that there is error code 553 - domain is not recognizing rcpthosts. How do I fix this problem? Thanks!
Keep getting Sender Blocked
I am able to receive emails but several times I have been unable to send and get a sender blocked message. Then suddenly without making any changes I can send again. What could be causing this?

My domain has failed to validate
Hello, My issue is that I would like to set up other users on my account but from what I've come across, it appears as though in order to add users, I need to verify my domain. I've followed the CNAME instructions in the control panel "Domain" section (I originally purchased my domain name through Google Apps/enom) but its been several hours since I made the changes for the validation process, and it still says "CNAME domain validation failed" when I click on "validate" under my domain's status.

Can't sync all gmail messages
I follewed this http://blogs.zoho.com/general/backup-your-gmail-in-zoho-mail to backup all my gmail, in my gmail account , I have about 7000 mail's, but now I only got about 1700 mail's in my zoho mail account. And when I use the zoho mail to send a mail to gmail account, in zoho mail, I can't got the message send.
Export emails older than 12 Months
The export function only seems to be available for items that are within the last 12 months. I imported mail that was much older than that when I signed up. How can I get my older emails backed up or exported for use with another service?

POP3 or IMAP support
Does Zoho mail provide POP3 or IMAP support? I use digsby to connect to most of my online IM, mail, twitter, facebook accounts and would help if Zoho allows access via POP3 or IMAP. That way I can check my mails on Zoho Mail from my digsby client.

Added user - missing standard applications
I am testing out Zoho Business to see if it will work for our non-profit. So, I created the business, added some docs, and had great success playing with the different applications that show up for me - email, desktop, documents, etc. I even added two "applications" - I added a link to our website and a link to our Zoho Projects site. So - then I added a new user. Much to my surprise, when I logged in with the new user's account, all I saw for apps on the left were email and the two apps I had added.

Browser tab names should be more meaningful -- i.e. "Zoho Business" is not sufficient as the tab name
The name/label given to the browser tab (for Firefox, Safari, etc) when landed in the Zoho Business main page (with all the apps listed on the left, etc.) currently just says "Zoho Business". That's fairly useless information which could be immensely improved by being "context related"... i.e. if I'm viewing mail it could say "Zoho Mail" -- ie. the name of the application currently being viewed. Anyone who uses tabs (most everyone) knows how difficult it is to find the tab you're looking for if
Why is Zoho Chat on a New Bottom Bar of Zoho Business?

buttons disappear on new compose screen
Sometimes the buttons across the top of the compose screen disappear (Send, Address Book, Attach, etc). When I say disappear I mean the space allowed for them isn't even there - as if they are covered up by the From and To fields. This also means the Save Draft button is inaccessible. What causes this? creating a contact from an email
Is there a way to create a contact while in an email that will automatically paste the address so all that needs to be entered in the contact is the name?
Add Zoho and other Apps in Control Panel
being the superadmin I would like to integrate zoho docs and other apps into our zoho business. However, each time I want to add an application in the Control Panel what I can do checking the box in front of the app, it will say "No Zoho applications defined" after having clicked OK, same thing for the custom apps. Issues when opening in word Perfect After typing it in ZOHO
Hello I am having issues and can't figure out. When I type a document in Zoho and then open it in Word Perfect. The stuff I just got done typeing is scrambled like the spacing off and all.
