zoho Desktop - Task View
Hi there! The new zoho desktop is awesome. But it would be cool if I could choose which task category I want to display - not just all. :) Thx for your great work! :)

I have been using the below shortcut to compose mails in ZM. For that, I had created a bookmark mailTo with the url as in the attached image. http://mail.zoho.com/mail/compose.do?mode=compose&tp=zb&ct=%s All i do to compose a mail is just typing comp support@zohomail.com or even comp <xyz> in the URL. It opens a window with the passed argument in the To field. (This is very nice) (Here i gave support as an argument to the comp shortcut) Previously i have to click the send link to
One of my mail accounts does not work, the other 2 work fine. Why?
In Zoho Mail I have 3 accounts: dagconsultores@gmail.com dagconsultores@zoho.com dagconsultores@cablenet.com.ni The last one, with a server in Nicaragua, can not send mails, (error 55: no such domain in zoho.com). I receive mails without problems, but mails never can be sent. The other two accounts work perfectly. Please, help me in that aspect. Mail issues
When I delete an email from a folder or move an existing email from a folder to another, the next email does not show up. Similarly, after i searched for an email, i dont have a 'Move' option to move the resultant emails to another folder. This was all working till 2 days back. Regards, Don Thomas

Hello, i discovered zoho recently and decided to give the apps a try, i really like zoho mail, the one thing that i think it needs to be a perfect mail client is the ability to let the user add multiple files at once not having to add 1 by 1, is that in the works? and if so can you give a aprox date on when it will be ready? Mass Conversion
Is there a way to import a whole list of leads which would then automatically convert into opportunities, thus accounts? I will be sending a broadcast out to a few thousand clients in batches of 100 at a time and I wish to avoid converting these manually. Any help would be much appreciated.
I have a stupid programming question....
So, here I am tryign to write a google gadget that is syndicated to another page. I want to create a single sign on so that I can ask for the username/password in that gadget and share those bits of information with other gadgets. Unable to add new users to organization group
I was able to add one user to an organization group successfully. However the last 3 users I have invited: 1. Received the invitation 2. Responded to the invitation and created zoho accounts for themselves 3. Logged-in successfully and 4. Are not members of the organization group!
Mass Leads
Can you attach mass leads to a campaign - if I have over 2000 leads is there a way to associate these with a campaign without doing it manually. Also, can I do the same with emails - if I wish to email a large database of leads from Zoho - is this possible?

Hey, i have been using googlemail so far but I want to switch over to zoho. Unfortunatel, when logging in to zoho i need to klick "log in with google account". Is it possible to log in as a normal zoho-user that I can delete my google-account soon? P.S. How can I try out the new IMAP - feature? edits to group tasks are not saved
Hi. I have created some Group tasks and I've tried to go back and edit a couple. If I click on the little pencil icon it will open up the task and let me make changes. I click "Save" and the window disappears, but the changes do not show. This includes changes to the title of the task and changes to whom it is assigned to. This happens whether it is just assigned to myself or to others. I had one of my coworkers go in and try it and they said the same thing happened to them. Is this a bug or am I
URL monitoring from remote locations
Hi We want to monitor some urls from remote locations (agents) and which are communicating with the server machine from where we can access the performance and avaialability data with the btreakdown stating the delay in the network or server time. Mail Settings Loading ... in Chrome
It seems I cannot access the Mail Settings page of Zoho Personal with Chrome. I appear to be able to navigate the two tiers of tabs, but I am continually greeted with the highlighted Loading ... screen (see below). Loading ... Cannot share files or upload files to group ?
Hi, am having problems sharing any files, and i cannot upload to a group just keeps uploading to my desktop. Need to get a group set up, and will be exppanding to multiple users. I have a number of files i need for them to share. Also when we open the file in zoho can we not add info to it and then save it into our own folder ???? Please Help Brandon

Easier Way to View Task "Description"
When I create a new task, I noticed that only the first 15 characters or so are displayed in the zBusiness Tasks area. In order to see the task description, I have to click on the task, then click on advanced, etc. IMHO the idea of a task list is to simplify, not complicate things. In some cases, it would take more time to figure out what the task says to do than to do the actual task. Mail administration panel is blank
Hi I've set up business zoho, verified my domain (during this process I setup an email address?), clicked on 'mail administration' in 'control panel' and there is just a blank screen. currently when i am sending emails from my zoho account even after adding my gmail account and using it as default account in From field, when the reciever recieves the email the from field says " abc@zoho.com on behalf of abc@gmail.com . This destroys the purpose of adding different account in from field. Can anyone please advice how to make the emails be recieved as if sent from gmail account itself?

The situation: You get an email. You reply. The reply is sent. But, when you see the Inbox again, the original message does not have the "conversation balloon" icon showing which indicates a multi-message thread has started. It is a frequent situation in which you send a message and then immediately feel it necessary to review what what you just sent. Normally, you'd click on the "conversation balloon" icon to see the whole thread. Gmail handles this just right... threads are highly honored

I have figured out how to query a table using the Fetch command. How about doing the equivalent of SQL joins? E.g. say I have a Contact table and a Payments table and I wanted to find all contacts who have a payment > $50. Slow & unresponsive at times.
Hi, Recently, it doesn't matter which Zoho App I use, every 20secs or so, my mouse point starts spinning, like something is being autosaved in the background...but it happens more frequently than the 'AutoSaving' message that appears. My system becomes unresponsive during these time-outs. Each one lasts 3-4 seconds. It happens so often now, even while writing this, that it becomes almost unusable and at the least very frustrating. Can anyone suggest what I might do to diagnose what is going wrong?
