Feature adjustment: Preserve scroll state in mail folder views when returning from viewing other mail views
A feature improvement request: The issue: When viewing a mail folder (e.g. inbox, other folder, etc.) and you're working your way through a long list of mail to read, and thus have scrolled down through the long list, if you open another mail tab view (e.g. click on a sender's name and it opens a new tab with all that sender's mail), and then return to the original tab view, the scroll status has been lost and you are back at the top of the long list of mail, requiring you to scroll all the way back
Adding New Accounts
I've searched the help file, and this forum, and I guess I'm not asking the right question, but I need to know how to add new email accounts to Zoho Mail. In getting started, I got one of my accounts hooked up, but I need to add a couple more. Can someone tell me what button to push to do this?
Personalizing Email Accounts
Does Zoho allow users to set up a custom 'from' email address? We have an in-house MS Exchange server and I'm not sure how I would get emails for marketing campaigns through Zoho to come from the email address I want. Can anyone help? Thanks, Erin
BUGS: Multiple copies of emails in inbox and many other buggy things
Wow, Zoho Mail is demonstrating way too many buggy aspects lately. I've only been using it for about 2 weeks, but it's been a very spotty experience, though I generally prefer the interface much better than Gmail (except for some design issues I'd like to see tweaked). This morning the buggy stuff is that I'm getting several copies of the same message in my inbox. And the previously reported bug of how the folders (Inbox, other folders) do not refresh their actual count-statuses consistently still

Cannot validate domain
Hi, I am able to hit the CNAME record directly and it redirects to business.zoho.com - which proves that the CNAME mapping is doen correctly within the domain hosting service. However I still cannot validate my domain and it throws me this erro: CNAME domain validation failed for academywiz.com. Please ensure that all mappings for the CNAME record point to http://zrs.zoho.com If it matters... I did successfully validate this domain under another zoho account earlier - but then deleted the domain

Hi, I created a Zoho form. In Internet Explorer, when users bring up the form, many receive a message that the page contains both secure and nosecure items..." do they want to display the nonsecure item. This may have to do with the fact that our site now features a https URL (new SSL). I'm not sure if that's coinciding with this issue. Shared access to email account
Hi, Firstly, thanks for a great product - I am really enjoying getting into it. Is it possible to set up an email account which more than one user can access? An example of where this would be useful is for a support function - all support requests would be routed to the support email address, but multiple users can access that address to read/ respond to emails. I clicked on upgrade to Zoho business to see what it was...
And now I seem to be stuck in a business account. I'm not really ready for that and I don't have a name that I'm ready to stay with yet. I'd like to return to personal level until I have a name and set of needs that really require business level support. I can't see how to accomplish that. Can anyone help walk me through it?
Still Not Receiving Emails
Been 2 days now.. no new mails... why can't I get them? See previous post. Can send, but cant receive any pop mail. Help, or I guess I need to cancel all the extras that I subscribed to pay for. Refuse to pay you if you cant handle basic email fetching. /k

What is the limitation to the storage element of the mail? Also, what is the attachment limitations (size) for the mail element? Is that limited to what the outgoing smtp server is limited to?
E-Mal Forwarding Stopped
Forwarding was active and working normally (with short delay) till I've set up my mail hosting account. Now It's stopped. <Settings> <Mail Settings> <Personalize __> <Mail Forwarding> - Enabled Mail appears in zoho inbox folder but it's not being forwarded any more.
553 Relaying disallowed
My account domain validated (using CNAME) with no problem, and test emails to the account went through fine. A few hours later, trying to send mail to my domain received a 553 Relaying Disallowed error. Emailing support did little, and your phone number suggested I should email support. Could you please investigate ASAP? Thanks!

Better way to import all messages from Gmail inbox?
Hi I configured pop settings in Zoho mail and Gmail and I´m able to send messages but the Gmail inbox messages (about 1500, they are important to me) were partially imported. I signed Zoho in and out many times and older messages were downloaded 200 at a time. I didn´t finished yet because signing in and out Zoho must delay about 24hs in order to Zoho get more messages from Gmail. New messages never were get yet. What´s the better way to import all messages from Gmail inbox? Thanks in advance.
Problems with sending and receiving emails
I created my Zoho Account through my gmail id. Now I have also created a zoho id. I then changed my primary email from gmail address to zoho email address. I then tried to send and receive emails to my zoho id, but its not doing both. Please let me know how can i make it work? Amir
Please force FOCUS to Mail environment after it's been opened from Apps menu bar
When in the personal or business view, and the Apps list is on the left side of the window, when you click on Mail, it runs Mail. However, if you want to immediately type a hotkey (e.g. "c" to compose a message), you have to first click with the mouse into the mail environment to give it focus. Verifying additional emails after changing mx records to zoho's
Hi, Sorry if this answer to this is obvious. I currently have a few email addresses I'd like changed to zoho mail. To do this, I request a verification code to be sent to my current email addresses. Once I add email addresses to zoho mail, I then have to change the mx records at my domain registrar to zohos mx to use zoho mail. hello, if i click on Views -> Archive it tells me that there are no mails to display, but i had a lot of archived mails - i hope they are not gone? as a test, i marked a new mail as archive and it is correctly displayed in the archive view. hope you can give me good news. regards
