Work Area Suggestions
It would be nice if we could choice what to put in the Work Area. I can only add the zoho gadgets in that area, but it would be better if i could add ther apps too. For instance: I would like to see all the group tasks (not online mines) and the zoho projets tasks just when i start the zoho business app. Is there any way o configure it? Hi, The following happend to me : - One of my contact dissapeared suddenly, his name/email didn't show up when I tried to write him an email. After I checked on Zoho Contacts and he was gone from the list. - Then I tried to re-create the entry for this contact but I get the error "Contact email address already exist" - As a matter of fact, this contact doesn't exist anymore, and his email is nowhere in my whole contact list, I tried search of his adress which returned nothing. added domain name and now no wiki
I added a domain to my zoho biz account. This domain was registered through zoho. Once I made it the primary email address I've been not be able to access my zoho wiki account. It is on the side bar.. but when I click in zoho biz it opens up another frame of zoho business.. Not sure how to fix this?? Please help!
Filter/block SPAM before inbox
Is there a way to have items that are identified as SPAM deleted before they hit my mailbox? I get a ton of SPAM since I moved to zoho which usually gets filtered pretty well to my SPAM folder, but I use my blackberry to check mail throughout the day without logging into zoho and all those messages get downloaded to my blackberry before I can filter them out. POP Mail with Custom Domains
Hello, first time posting. I was trying to set up POP and SMTP settings for my Mail Application on my mac and I followed your instructions for the setup, but it keeps saying that it could not connect to pop.zoho.com. We use a custom domain that we registered with you and not a @zoho.com address. Any help is appreciated, thanks. Kevin
Sidebar Gadgets in zBiz...
I think the new open social gadgets are great! Have you considered supporting those same gadgets within zBusiness? such that users could add a sidebar on the right hand side of the page that would show the gadget size calendar and task list while viewing the zoho mail tab in ZB? More simply, it would be very nice to keep the current "Apps" list on the left side bar and add a sidebar on the right side that could be "gadgetized"
Unused account usernames
If there is an unused account username like tinman@zoho.com how can I aquire it? Are old unused accounts deleted after a period of dsuse and returned to the pool of available usernames which one can register a new account with? Thanks, Phil
Secure InSecure Warning when I click Compose from Top Bar in Zoho Personal
Zoho Personal Team, When I click on the 'Compose' link on the top application bar of Zoho Personal, I get a Secure Insecure Warning page as illustrated in the screenshot. It looks like some image or a stylesheet is being requested from http(s) while the other requests are from a different channel. --Deepak
Offline support: More then 25 sent mails available

Mail not arriving
I have my mail set up with mail being forwarded from an outside address (Myrealbox) to my Zoho account. I have noticed that the only mail i seem to recieve is that addressed especially to my Zoho account, with the forwarded mail not arriving. I have had a step up with the mail being forwarded to Gmail for many years without issues. Would apprieate a response.

this forum is not JUST for reporting problems, right? i want to say that i love in zoho mail the way that creating a new message, or doing a search, creates a new tab. that is so cool, because i often find myself having to refer back to the inbox or some other tab to complete the search (eg check exact spelling) or complete the new message (cut-n-paste text from another email). this is a feature that gmail doesnt have, and it is so useful i can't imagine going back!

Stop filtering Twitter emails as SPAM or allow them to be marked as Not Spam
The SPAM filter almost always filters emails from twitter.com as SPAM. That would be okay if I could recover those emails by marking them as "Not Spam", however, if you mark them as "Not Spam" they do not show up in the Inbox, but return to the SPAM folder. There is no way to put them in a folder, no way to put them in the Inbox. You can only delete them with the real SPAM messages. I've tried setting up filters to put them in specific folders, but that doesn't work. Please, stop filtering Twitter

Company X buys products from multiple sources, but then sells them in multiple points. I can see how Zoho CRM allows to easily manage multiple sources (vendors). Previously entered email addresses not flushing.
We have just migrated our business mail and domain to zoho. Everything is working ok except when I created the user "accounts@domain.com". I created the account and I then deleted the account because I had put some details in incorrectly. I have now created a new user accountsa1@domain.com and the problem is that I can't put the alias of accounts@domain.com in because it gives "account already exists" error. When will multiple file import be available?

Ordering applications in new order nightmare
Under settings->Applications I tried to reorder the applications with using drag and drop and it is impossible! Well, after spending half an hour I finally managed to reorder. Serious UI problem exists. If you've used Drupal(Drupal . org) check it out under their admin panel how easy it is to drag and drop. Drag and drop definitely needs improvements.
