problem creating signature
In attempting to create a signature, I used an html editor and included a horizontal rule above and below text. I cut and pasted this into the signature settings window, but I could not save the signature that way. I get a "serious error" message. I did finally manage to save the sig without the horizontal rules above and below, but I'd rather have them if there's a way.
Unable to set up mail accounts from other POP addresses
Hi. I have two comcast.net mail addresses, one gmail address, one address hosted at godaddy.com, and two emails hosted at servage.net. 1) I'm not able to get any of them to send/receive. I don't know how to set up the pop settings for receiving email from addresses hosted by another POP. where and how do I do this. 2) Can I send email using another (not the .zoho.com one) email address from your site Thanks. Calender view desktop
When maintaining a yearly event in my calender the entry is then visible in the desktop calender overview even though the todays date does not comply with the event date. E.g. I entered a birthday on March 25th as a yearly event, now this entry is showing in my desktop calender with todays date. What has to be done to get correctly shown (i.e. only at the event date the entry should be visible in the desktop calender overview). Cheers

Importing Tasks
I am trying to import task from a csv file with no luck. I get a notifies that task have been imported successfully, but there are no tasks. I have even tried to export a task and use the csv file created as a template. Doesn't work either. Please help
Can I turn Zoho Personal off?
I would prefer to sign in to Zoho and stay at zoho.com. I like it better than Zoho Personal. I don't like the extra bit of real estate I lose on the top and the left when working INSIDE Zoho Personal. For switching apps, I prefer the "switch to" link in each individual app (although I wish Zoho Invoice was included on that list). Is there any setting I can change to make it so I don't automatically log in to ZOHO personal from the home page? OR, if I HAVE to log in to zoho personal, is there any

Hi Zoho I want to use Zoho Mail as my only mail client. My email provider is www.pobox.com. I want Zoho to pick up the mails from pobox and have tried to configure this. Zoho hosted email from mycompany.com doesn't show in the choices in my dashboard
Hi, I verified mycompany.com and it asked me if I wanted to host email with Zoho. I did, and made name@mycompany.com However, when I access my mail from the dashboard, that option is not there. I have 2 other, a gmail and @myothercompany.com that is hosted with Google Apps. I guess I could add another email, but I wouldn't know what to put in the blanks for that since Zoho is hosting it??? Please advise. How do I add the new one that Zoho is hosting to that spot. -Kim

Auto-Forward Won't Stay Turned On
I have several times set up my email so it auto-forwards to another email account. And then every now and then I come back here, when it seems like I'm not getting anything from this account, and I find that the auto-forward is no longer set up. Any suggestions? --richard

Is there any way that the Tasks section of the Desktop can also display the category? I have some customers who use the GTD system and it would really help them in daily use.
Zoho mail won't load
Is zoho mail offline somehow? I was able to log in earlier but now nothing will load. I can log into and load every other app except mail. Help!
Multi-Inboxes
Is there any current way to have multiple email address inboxes on a list. Right now you have to switch between the email accounts. I have many email accounts through different clients that I maintain. I know this is a common ability of an IMAP account so would this be a feature in the IMAP update? Thanks for the great program! Hello, Since few weeks I have this problem, http://mail.zoho.com is unavailable through HTTP, but the service works through POP3. I have the same problem at home and at work. Also, I can't ping the server. Does anyone have any idea what could be the problem? I don't use any proxies and the nerwork in my work does not use any filtering software. Hi Team, The more I use Zoho, the more I like it! Keep up the good work. When composing a mail message, I want to attach a file that I've already stored in zoho.docs. When I click on "attach" I only get an option to attach a file from my local machine. Can we have both options please? Many thanks in anticipation djp

New Mail Notification
Is there a way to get notified when new mail comes into your personal account (user@zoho.com) while you are working in your business email account on ZBusiness and vice versa? If not, it would be great if we could get a asterisk or something up by the dropdown account choice menu to indicate when new mail has come into a non-active account. thanks, James

For some strange reason, I cannot send a message to my regular email using zoho mail. I can however send it to an alias at the same mail host (google) with no problems I can also send mail to this address form MSN, or any other mail program with no problems. How do we Sync the Zoho CRM wiht Zoho Business? I am looking to sync the Tasks and Calendars, so it si centrally located in the desktop of zoho business. This helps to eliminate a user going to different screens to view their tasks.

Domain fails verification
Please help ! I am in the processing of setting up a Business package and I have followed the instructions to set up a CNAME (my hosting provider is GoDaddy for the cloudvibe.com domain) and even though I followed the instructions exactly, I can still not validate the domain. I created a CNAME of zb8cc6d607.cloudvibe.com which is aliased to zrs.zoho.com, which I can resolve via a simple ping or an NSLOOKUP via Kloth.net, but the domain validation application on the Zoho business site will not validate

Access to Mailbox
Well here goes. I work at a place where they have a internet filter that blocks me from viewing the 'mail' in zoho personal becasue the word "mail" is in the address. UPloading Bookmarks
I follow the instructions for uploading bookmarks and zoho uploads the first 1 or two folders and bookmarks for those 2 folders. Why can't I upload all the bookmarks. Using ff 2.0.0.8, have about 1,500 bookmarks. :(
