Problems with Zoho Links
Has anyone experienced a problem with importing google bookmarks into Zoho Links? Is this a flaw or does anyone have a fix for this?

Hi, I have tried to set up additional email addresses eg metheuser@zoho.com and they show as needing to be verified. It looks as if the verification code is being sent out to these addresses but they show in my inbox as undelivered mail return to sender. What do I need to do that I have misses?
Desktop on Zoho Business
Is there a way to view the mail application as a box like calendar, docs ect... on the Business Desktop home page? Hwo about other application? Can they be displayed in the main area or can theh only be listed in the left pane? thanks in adavnce for your help.

Bug searching Zoho Documents
Hi, In Zoho documents it is possible to search documents. Great ! But the search only finds your own documents. Documents of other authors, which are shared to you or to a group whereoff you are a member, are not found. This is very crucial for us. I wonder, because of this bug, how other Zoho customers can work with Zoho business. Or are there workarounds? Can you please give me an answer when the bug will be fixed?
Forum landing page
I want to establish one of my forums as application (and landing page for my intranet): http://discussions.zoho.com/intranet/forumX When I'm logged in as administrator, everything is all right. The button in the left navigation bar leads me to the correct forum. But logged in as one of the users, I see http://discussions.zoho.com/intranet/ (the 'all forums' page) instead of http://discussions.zoho.com/intranet/forumX. How can I change that? Arno.
Archiving
We are required by law to archive and store all our emails (received and sent) so that they can be retrieved and searched if necessary. Right now we use Outlook/Exchange and simply archive periodically to a PST file that we store (for each user) on our network. We want to move away from Exchange and use Zoho Mail. Some users will maintain using Outlook as their email client and retrieve emails from Zoho Mail via POP-3. They should then be able to use Outlook to archive. Other users (namely me)

How to create email ALIAS, rather than POP account
I'm wanting (needing, really) to set up an email alias (a'la Gmail). I can't see how to do that. If I try to set up an account via Settings > Mail Account > Add Account, it requires mail server info. This email I need an alias for is a forward-only account, not one for which I have POP info.
domain verification failure
Hi, I own ubilight.com domain and want to use it as my domain name with zoho. I have tried both methods to verify my domain but both result in "domain verification failed" message. how to change the default search attribute ?
how to change the default search attribute ? After every login to ZMail, i have to change the search attribute from "Search All Folders" to "Subject or Sender contains". If the default search attribute changed to Subject, the search will also be faster. (Since it searches withing that folder) It should be either configurable or saving the Search settings and load those search settings after every login. prasan.kn
Log into apps
I am unable to access contacts, wiki and forums from within personal. Just keep getting the sign in page along with 'Loading Please wait'. Also hopefully this gets through but how loang does it take for message to enter forums? Thanks

Dear Raja and friends, Adding other Zoho-apps to my business account, two things relating to the use of icons came to my mind: - whats about using the well-designed icons, as displayed on the zoho.com page instead of the (tiny) ones present in the palet? - for reasons of visabiliy, it would be great to scale up the icons slightly. Character set
The french character set is not rendered properly by zoho mail, may be UTF8 encoding support problem?! However, what should I do if I want to go back to english? as the translation is not so good anyway. Thanks

How do you import contacts
I have a zoho account, but every time I try to add/import contacts, I get a page that offers to let me sign up for a zoho account. Do I have to sign up for an account for every single piece of every application to be able to use zoho? Otherwise how do I import contacts from gmail/yahoo. I thought I saw I could do that.

Dat/Time Format Inconsistent
As a user from the UK I naturally set up the account with dd-mm-yyyy as the default date format for the account but this doesn't always carry over into the individual programs. Sometimes dates appear as mm-dd-yyyy (or have to be entered this way) which is can be very confusing. Example: in Sheet I have a date column which I have formatted to display as dd mmm yyyy. Missing contacts
Many of my contacts seem to have disappeared after organising them into different folders but when I try to re-enter them the system tells me the contact already exists! Am I doing something wrong? Thanks djp
What is the difference between the mail app in personal.zoho.com and mail.zoho.com
I've noticed that I can see both the mail application on personal.zoho.com and I can logon to mail.zoho.com, however, the inboxes for the two applications are different. In my personal.zoho.com mail inbox, there is a message welcoming me to zoho mail. That message does not exist in the mail.zoho.com inbox. What is the difference? Aren't they the same application? Hi, We are using Zoho mail for our business and currently have 2 users, each of the partners of the business. At the moment we can each see each others emails when we log in by selecting the the email for either of us from the drop down menu at the top. eg. andy@oursite.com bob@oursite.com However, we want to add another member to our team and do not want them to be able to see our emails. But we do want to be able to see their emails. So our drop down list would look like this: andy@oursite.com

Hi! I have a problem with zohomail. When I try to access my email I receive the "add account" page. I do not want to add any account, I just want to use my baciotti@zoho.com email. Big problem Zoho mail
Hi, I hope someone can answer this. I have posted in Zoho mail forum but just don't get anywhere. Hereis the problem: We want to have our staff using Zoho email accounts but do not want them all to be able to see each others emails. At the moment when we log onto Zoho email you can select the email account you wish to use from the drop down on the top of the left hand menu. How do we just set up an email for a new member of staff so they can't then also log into other peoples email and see them?
