Not able to access settings - just get "Loading"
I am trying to modify the account settings for a colleague when I try and access the settings, I just get "Loading". This is a new problem because it seemed to work well in the past

Hi, I have a problem. When I try to access my Zoho Mail I get the "Add an account" page. I do not want to add any account. I just want to use baciotti@zoho.com, but I cant use it! bogus email address
when i try to register a new email address of blackthorn@zoho.com a warning indicates this email address is already taken, however, when I send an email to that address, it is returned as undeliverable (address does not exist). What gives? is this a valid zoho.com email address or is it available for registration? Thanks, Phil

Hi, I was showing off Zoho Apps to a colleague today who works in the IT dept of a large organisation I used to work with. Although he was super impressed, his showstopper was that there isn't a facility/option to generate a compressed backup of everything within the organisation. Issue removing pop domain mail
Hello I have tried to set up collecting my mail from a POP account and whished to change this after. Now I cannot change the server settings?? Also when I send using my zoho address it arrives as sent from my domain address...... All of this without the verification done? I have deleted my organisation I have deleted the accounts I cannot re-register the pop account? Please see attachments for screen shots. It appears when I share a document with another employee they are not able to see or edit the document directly from MS Word as I am. Is there are reason for this or a way to get around it?

Accessing domain
I got a new domain through Zoho. It was verified and registered successfully with Zoho subdomains. But I got no account information for ftp access to the domain so I cannot upload or edit a home page, for example. When I asked about editing html, I was told to use the wiki -- which creates new subdomains, not the top-level domain itself. Any suggestions? I've spent hours trying to figure this out : (
Messages retrieved by Outlook via POP3 are not deleted
Hi, I set up Outlook 2007 to retrieve my ZOHO mail via POP3, and configured it to delete the mails after successful retrieval. I tried numerous settings, delete after 1 day, delete immediately, delete when deleted locally in Outlook. But the mails stay in my ZOHO inbox everytime, no email is ever deleted. Is this an error in ZOHOs POP3 support? However, I only use POP3 as a "last resort" since IMAP seems not to be available at this time... TIA, Alex

importing contacts via Excel CSV
I have two problems importing contacts via XL CSV: there is no mapping allowed or shown as I do the import. Only the first name show was in the contact area, although the first and last name appear in the individual contact window.Is there a correction for this?
Help with Contacts on Zoho Personal
This is almost certainly a stupid question. I've only been using Zoho Personal for one day. I uploaded my contacts from Outlook via a Windows CSV file. This was successful, but how do I make Contacts show my contacts by their full name. With some of my colleagues from School I only store their names as, for example, A. Smith with the result that Zoho Contacts lists them as A. with no mention of a surname. I cannot seem to see any settings for Zoho Contacts anywhere. Any ideas? Kevin

I was wondering is Zoho compatible with Flock? I'm having all kinds of issues with Zoho in Flock and Mozilla Firefox as well. I have approximately 8 email accounts that I must access during the day. Zoho Mail is great for accessing the mail, but I can't get the dropdown box in the From: line to show all of my accounts. What is the use of Contacts?
Hi, Other than being able to import, list, categorise and create groups, what else can I do with contacts? It seems logical that I should be able to select a contact and choose to send an email to them, chat with them, video with them, share something with them, call them with skype etc. Alternatively when I am using Zoho Mail, when I chose Address Book, I was surprised that it was not the list of 'Contacts' that I had just populated.
