Mail folders not refreshing with Fetch -- WHY?
I'm getting very frustrated w Zoho Mail because of this frequent problem that continues to be unresolved after weeks of comments by users. The situation: Zoho Mail is open in a browser window on a laptop. The laptop has been closed, asleep, and then reopened. I've observed this problem over and over again since beginning to use Zoho Mail (which, aside from some issues) I like better than Gmail. The problem: When in Mail w/ Inbox or any other folder view showing, new mail is arriving (I'll explain how I know that) but Zoho Mail is not auto-refreshing the view to show that there is new mail (bolded folder names or bolded new email in the view). Mail to groups is not delivered
Dear Zoho Mail, We have mail groups, like noc@domain (that domain is in Zoho Business paid edition), that point to emails on other servers (for example, noc@domain points to noc@rt.domain). Everything was good until today. Users of Zoho Mail can not send to these groups, it's not being delivered, no errors, no mail returns. But users not from our domain still can easily send mail to these groups, it's delievered. Please, help us, we can't work and can't rely on services that are unexpectedly changed
Inbox folder is not synchronized via IMAP in Outlook 2003 but all other folders work
I installed my Zoho account in Outlook 2003 (Windows 7 - 64bit) there are no failure/error messages while synchronization and also all folders are getting synchronized except the inbox! How to central manage various outside email accounts in Zoho?
We just created accout and we are testing various features. We currently use google app as email host and we do not want to change it. We see that we can still setup POP to get emails from our existing google mail, but how can we manage them in one central inbox/folder? We have 30 email addresses in google mail. It seems like we have to create POP for each one of them and switch between them. But we want to manage all emails from all email accounts in one central folder. Can we do that? We tried
Mail does't open in Preview mode
On the webmail interface, for my free personal email account, when I click on an email most of the time a New Tab will open and I can the see the email in the Tab. The problem is that I have selected Quickview as the setting for opening an email and not a New Tab. I don't want a New Tab to be opened. Is there another setting I need to select to open a mail message in Preview by default? I am viewing the webmail interface in Firefox 3.6.15 on Mac OS X 10.6.6 James

IMAP Mail @ Samsung Wave
Hey, I have a Samsung Wave. And for IMAP Access i have a Zoho Account. My mail configuration is configured like the instruction @ the Zoho website. But, it does´nt work. Open email when clicking the sender name
currently, you have to click the "subject" in the email list to open a message. if you click the sender name, a new tab with messages from that sender is shown (filter). you will agree with me that the most common action is "OPEN EMAIL", not "Filter messages of this sender". Please make possible to open email by clicking the "subject" OR the "sender name". You can place the "Filter messages of this sender" feature in the context menu that you get when you right-click a message, or somewhere else.
unable to add domain to whitelist

deleting Documents folders
Seems like this should be simplicity, but I'm missing it... I can create a folder. I can nest folders. I can re-arrange the folders (in a somewhat clumsy way). What I can't seem to do is delete folders that I create. My work-around is to create a top-level folder called 2delete and to nest any unneeded folders in that folder. Not ideal, but it gets the job done. Am I missing something? If not - please add the ability to delete files that one creates to the road map. Thanks. - Bal

Zoho Mail: Sent Items question
Hello, I have zoho mail connected to my Gmail. If I send an email via GMail (I use a Palm device to send emails sometimes) when I log into Zoho it shows up as a new email instead of going to the sent mail folder. Is there a real way around this? Also, I have filters/rules that assign labels and archives to my gmail, in google it looks fine, in Zoho they all show up in the inbox not tagged or sorted. Is this by design? It seems to me that this is not the case if IMAP is used? Thank you, Fred
mail is received with big delays (30 mins)
Hello One of the biggest and obvious issues with Zoho Mail is that new mail is always received with important delays. From my tests Zoho receives new mail about 30 mins after it was sent. If I subscribe to a new mailing list using Gmail, I receive the confirmation e-mail in about 2sec. If I subscribe using Zoho Mail, the confirmation e-mail would invariably arrive ~30min late. i used pop.juno.com on port 110 as noted on juno site. i can send email through juno from zoho. Why can't i import email from the juno account?
