Does Zoho have any plans in place to add the Documents module to the CRM mobile app? Any particular reasons they decided to leave it out? I know there is a Zoho Docs app but I don't want to tell everyone to use a second app for our small amount of documents, especially when they are sales related. Yes, I can link to them through other modules (which we are doing on special circumstances), but having a view of all the folders and files from one location is better suited for us.
Subforms are great but... not available on mobile devices & other issues
Subforms are a great addition however there are some major issues with them. 1. They do not show on the mobile app. We have a team of sales people who can't access... causes big issues. 2. You can't filter by items on a subform. EG: Contacts with a subform of courses. I'd like to view all contacts and filter by a course name. Not possible. 3. Logging out going calls in mobile App
When I call from the CRM app on my iPhone at the end of the call the app used to ask if I wanted to log the call. If I said yes it came up with a description field that I could enter the call details and outcomes. Now all that happens is it log the calls but no description box shows! Open Ticket in Zoho Desk Mobile App from Email Notification.
When our ticket agents get an email with the email, on a computer, if they click "View Ticket" button, it automatically opens up that ticket in browser. But what about the phone for our agents who also have the app downloaded? Clicking the link from an email on a phone doesn't open up the ticket in the app. It opens up the internet browser! Is there any way to for us to be able to open up the ticket in the app from an email on the phone?
Notification on iOS
The notifications on iOS are in a separate tab. So if I open and reply all the ticket, it doesn't clear the notification, I need to go to the notification tab for them to dismiss. Why it doesn't work like email, where the notification on the app give you the number of unopened tickets. I want to say that other than that, I really like the app, it's a pleasure to work with it and the design and UX is very nice.

Dear Team, In the Cases Module, we like to set auto increment field when status of case is closed. we have configured the custom function for the mobile application. However as mobile supports offline mode, sometimes these function is not working and others also not updating in the cases. Site survey with photos
So we visit homes and businesses and undertake surveys. These are simple little lists we use but always need a couple of photos. I got excited with the addition of image field but the app does not use them and as you can imagine we use iPads and iPhones. I tried forms and JotForm but there is no way of lifting over images in zapier. In zoho there is always more than one way of solving a problems but at the moment I am stumped. Show year when searching old emails
When using search, it only shows you the month and date of the email (see attachment). This makes it difficult to determine which year the email is from unless you click on. It would be nice to include the year in search results.
