Hi, We are using zoho crm on the go, on iPad when we meet up with our potentials or clients and update the details on the fly. Can we have "reports" module on the iPad app for the Zoho CRM app too ? It would be very useful. Thanks.Call purpose in iPhone App not displaying our call purpose items
When logging calls from iPhone using iPhone App, the call purpose does not display the values we have set in the Call Purpose field in our database... Is there a way to map where this data in this field comes from? Is there a way to change this data? We love the call logging feature... Using ZOHO CRM from my iPAD : it tells me that "You do not have the permission to add a record" and in general that I can't change anything. Not create a potential, update a contact, etc... Using ZOHO CRM from my Android Samsung Note: editing or adding any contact, account, potential is not even available. Hello Zoho Team, I tried the function "leads near me" and after 15minutes only the 52% was downloaded = 21 names (my DB is about 2000 names spread all over the country so I expect to find in the radius of 10M no more than 20-50 names). In other words it is impossibile to use it because it is expected to offer a quick help while in the trafic to recover a meeting etc etc. and one can't wait 15 minutes (!) to see an aswer. Same issue for "accounts near me" and "contacts near me" as well. In the pastField order in mobile app
When using Zoho CRM from the browser, I see that the field order and placement can be adjusted in the modules by using "Edit Page Layout" in the settings. The mobile app doesn't seem to use the changes that I make to either one or two column layouts in the modules. Is there any way to customize the field order or layout for the mobile app modules vs. how they appear in a browser on a computer? When I log a call in the desktop version of zoho it records it opposite of what it is logged at. Example is yesterday I logged a call at 4:38 pm on the desktop and on my mobile phone it shows 4:38 am.Cannot set up Exchange ActiveSync on Nexus 7, Android Kitkat
Hello, I am trying to set up an Exchange Activesync account on my Nexus 7 for my e-mail / calendar. I have enabled Activesync for my e-mail address. I have sucessfully done this on my Samsung S3, and also want to do it for my tablet. Using the instructions here http://zsync.zohosites.com/Android.html, I create a new account (A "corporate" account, not a "Microsoft Exchange Activesync", since I don't have that option on my tablet.) I don't understand why you can't find all Cases associated with an Account in the mobile app. It is absolutely necessary for me to be able to see a case history for any given Account. This seems like a basic necessity and an obvious deficiency. I can see all notes, potentials, and events, for example. Why not cases? Searching cases in the mobile app is pretty useless. It would be better if you could find all cases related to an Account. You can already see all potentials, notes, attachments, etc. that are related to an Account. It seems obvious that this should be supported.Save to Address Book

Hi Folks: Having just switched from using Yahoo! Mail Plus to Zoho Mail, I've spotted some shortcomings... (1) I linked Zoho Mail with my Blackberry (Curve) using the process RIM provides on the "sprint.blackberry.com" website. As part of the process, you have to indicate whether you want INBOX and SENT folders items to be kept Synchronized, by checking a "Sync" box... which I did. Here's the problem... My sales team REALLY needs to be able to see other fields besides Last & First name when scrolling through their list. The android version has the capability to group the leads and contacts by other fields and that works perfect! Morning, The Android People/Contact app can draw contact details from a number of sources like Linked In, Facebook, Twitter, etc. Would it be possible for the Zoho CRM data to be available in the same way so that we can get caller recognition, etc. Currently the only option appears to be to extract the data from Zoho and then import it - there doesn't seem to be any combination for synching the data. Hi I saw this app for the first time, I have noticed that the tasks fields do not match those of the desktop version. I.e. there is a Due Date field but no Remind At field. So i cant set a date and time for this task to show up and i assume its the same for events? To be honest i am not even sure why i need to set both Due Date AND Remind at, id rather just use the Remind At field as it's time consuming to set both of them. Hello, My company is currently evaluating Zoho to replace our current CRM system. As we have sales operatives that work in rural area where internet coverage can be unreliable it is critical to our decision that we can cache data on our Blackberry Z10, Q10 and Z30 devices so that they can continue to operate in poor reception areas. My exchange mobile android sync (msync.zoho.com) have stopped working. No settings my end have changed. I have not had issues in the past, however I am now getting an invalid credentials (user name or password incorrect). I have renamed the Potentials module in ZCRM to a name that is more intuitive for me (Opportunities). When I initiate a call from a contact I am given the choice to log the call upon completion. When I try to log the call I come to the "related to" lists. I choose "Opportunities" from the list and then select the next field. However, when I select the list I get a message telling me "Lookup is available only for Leads, Accounts, Contacts and Potentials modules."
