Mobile App: Finding all cases related to an Account
Searching cases in the mobile app is pretty useless. It would be better if you could find all cases related to an Account. You can already see all potentials, notes, attachments, etc. that are related to an Account. It seems obvious that this should be supported.

No contact sync with iPhone5s
Hi Zoho Team, i have a problem with the sync of zoho contacts on my iPhone5s. I have two accounts on the phone. A business one , with notes traveler app and zoho as exchange, push is enabled. Researching ZoHo CRM apps online and it appears that the "locate" feature is not available if using the CRM Web App for Mobile. Is that correct? If so, is there any sort of work around to access leads/contacts/accounts near me?

Hi Folks: Having just switched from using Yahoo! Mail Plus to Zoho Mail, I've spotted some shortcomings... (1) I linked Zoho Mail with my Blackberry (Curve) using the process RIM provides on the "sprint.blackberry.com" website. duplicate calendar entries
Hi When I started syncing my android phone with zoho through active exchange all the calendar entries came double on my phone. Everything. I tried to delete one of the double entries and it delete both. Can you help me please. I own a Galaxy S 4 phone P.S the active exchange method is not working well.

Iphone & Ipad CRM app - need to see other fields besides Last name, First Name
My sales team REALLY needs to be able to see other fields besides Last & First name when scrolling through their list. The android version has the capability to group the leads and contacts by other fields and that works perfect! For example i would like for our reps to be able to see the company name and the contact name in the leads view of the iphone and ipad crm app.
Contact/Lead Data available in Android People App
Morning, The Android People/Contact app can draw contact details from a number of sources like Linked In, Facebook, Twitter, etc. Would it be possible for the Zoho CRM data to be available in the same way so that we can get caller recognition, etc. Currently the only option appears to be to extract the data from Zoho and then import it - there doesn't seem to be any combination for synching the data. Ipad App Task Question
Hi I saw this app for the first time, I have noticed that the tasks fields do not match those of the desktop version. I.e. there is a Due Date field but no Remind At field. So i cant set a date and time for this task to show up and i assume its the same for events? To be honest i am not even sure why i need to set both Due Date AND Remind at, id rather just use the Remind At field as it's time consuming to set both of them. Can someone please explain if i need to have DUE DATE on the desktop version
Native Blackberry 10 App and MS Exchange integration
Hello, My company is currently evaluating Zoho to replace our current CRM system. As we have sales operatives that work in rural area where internet coverage can be unreliable it is critical to our decision that we can cache data on our Blackberry Z10, Q10 and Z30 devices so that they can continue to operate in poor reception areas. Problem viewing pages in IOS
Why are "pages" created in a project not available for viewing in the mobile app? i can see them in the feed of the project, it shows you the title of the page and allows you to comment on it, but it does not allow you to view the actual content of the page. ps. sorry ive accidentally put this in the wrong sub section

Can't create tasks or add new notes to Accounts in Mobile App.
I greatly need the ability to create new notes in the Android Zoho CRM app. After visiting each customer of mine I need to document everything. Writing it all down or leaving it until later just doesn't work for me. I also need to be able to create tasks. Please advise when this will be possible.

msync.zoho.com - Mobile sync Problem
My exchange mobile android sync (msync.zoho.com) have stopped working. No settings my end have changed. I have not had issues in the past, however I am now getting an invalid credentials (user name or password incorrect). I am also using imap access on android with Two Factor Application Specific Password, this is still working, so the problem must be something to do with mobile sync (msync.zoho.com). Anyone else having this problem?
Note title requirement in mobile app
On the mobile app, when i update a note, it will not save unless i give the note a title. I do not have to do that on the desktop version. Can that be changed to not require a note title in the mobile app?

Billing Address does not populate
I noticed that when i'm entering a new company (account) into the zoho mobile crm app, all of the information i enter is being saved except for the "Billing Address". This is curious to me since this is a native field for Zoho. Can you please fix this issue so i can add all of the data i need through the app. Thank you, Boris

Just started using Zoho CRM Mobile App for my iPhone. I am missing contacts and accounts which are in Zoho CRM and I am the owner of the records. Is there something else I need to do to get my all my contacts into the mobile app?

Can we customize the task layout in the Android app? When viewing the task layout, the title of each task is the name of the task, we need to see the name of the account/contact in stead.. it that possible? Thanks!
ZCRM Mobile Bug
I have renamed the Potentials module in ZCRM to a name that is more intuitive for me (Opportunities). When I initiate a call from a contact I am given the choice to log the call upon completion. When I try to log the call I come to the "related to" lists. I choose "Opportunities" from the list and then select the next field. Log a Call Function on the Mobile App does not allow the "Create Follow-up Task" to function - Any workaround?
Has any found a way to Create a Follow-up Task while Logging a Call on the Mobile App? That option does not currently appear during the Log a Call Task (like it does in cloud version). Two bugs that urgently need to be fixed 1) When you reply to an email using either mobile app, desktop or mobile device browser, the cursor defaults to bcc field. Extremely annoying. Call log pop-up stopped working on Samsung Note 2.
I've been trying out mobile Zoho CRM for 4 days. Until today I could place a call from contacts and when finished, a question would pop-up asking if I wanted to log this call. I could then enter call details as needed (a very convenient feature). Today this feature stop working now i.e. no pop-up questions, just return to contact screen when calls are ended. I have not installed any other software since Zoho CRM, and tried reinstalling it today, but still no joy. Also could not find any settings
Unable to make changes to calendar appointments from mobile app
Appointments/events are booked for our sales reps. But they are unable to edit the date or time or details of their appointments through the mobile appt. they may get a call asking to change the time of their appointment, but cannot change it unless at a computer.

So I've just started working in Zoho's project management app, trying it out for the first time. It does a nice job for the most part in standard desktop-based browsers, but when you try and use the app on the iPad, it's really slow, some of the functionality not responsive, and some of the features are quite clumsy and awkward. Hello, Two issues with the iPhone app: 1. The fields on the iphone app will not update (ex: new call or event types are not appearing, and deleted ones still appear on mobile app). 2. When I log calls through the iPhone app, the activity is not appearing on my reports or dashboards which specifically filter by that criteria. Hello, I have a few customers that like to use m.zoho.com to access their Zoho CRM and Zoho Mail accounts on their phone. In the full site version of the Zoho Mail there is an option via the Compose Mail window to search for contacts that are in the CRM. This appears to be missing in the m.zoho.com version of Zoho Mail. Or is it accessible via another way in the m.zoho.com Zoho Mail - (please advise how to) If it is not available are there plans to extend the search function to include CRM contacts

Zoho iOS app says "You need to be signed in to upload the file to Zoho CRM" when trying to attach a file from another app into a leads attachments. Tried with TurboScan and Google Docs and both said same error. Happened on some update I did about 2 months ago. Any plans to fix this in the future? Thanks
