Any way to see Quotes/Sales Orders/Invoices in a mobile browser
We use mobile phones/browsers to dispatch techs. Because we cannot see Quotes/Sales Orders/Invoices in a mobile browser, we use TASKS for the dispatch. We update the task when cleared and Complete the task. I then have to cut and paste the infromation from the TASK to an INVOICE. There are too many areas for errors. Does anyone have any idea how we can see Quotes/Sales Orders/Invoices in a mobile browser? Any other thoughts? Thanks.

iPhone App - transactions not showing
I went into the mobile app because I needed to call one of my clients on an active transaction. At first, no transactions were showing in my list. I changed a few things and I was finally able to see some of them. Regardless, when I click on one of the names in the transaction list, there is no information in the transaction. Something is wrong
Zoho App 2.3.1 sync issues
Since Zoho CRM iPad version 2.3.1 was released, our field folks have been experiencing a problem with synchronization of notes with Zoho CRM. When logged into Zoho CRM from the web, I can add a note to for a contact. When I look up that contact using the iPad, the contact's notes will not come down to the pad, even after clicking the refresh button. This is causing our field force great coordination difficulty because not all users can visualize retrieval of the data.

Problem to read notes in Zoho CRM mobile in Android (version 1.12.1)
Unfortunately after one of the recent updates you did in the Zoho CRM mobile we are not able anymore to read the complete a note for contacts, only partially. If we want to read it in full the only way is to press the button "edit" and then scroll it what is not really the best way to get this information. This is really a bad situation I expect to have you correcting asap. Please inform when we can get this fix.
Problem with NEAR ME ipad app view
I have an Issue with "Locate near me" map view on Android/IOS mobile devices and gadgets. If I check location of the company| contact one by one, then map shows correctly from the www version on desctop (in the company widow - check address). But It could not show me any information from my clients around 100km. only 1-2 available or nothing shows at all. Please tell is this function ACCOUNT NEAR ME available only for PROFESSIONAL / ENTERPRICE only(as it was in test mode)???

Hello, Most of the events I add online appear in the app, although I've noticed that a few do not. I deleted the app and re installed it and they still all don't show up. Any suggestions?

Contacts in not syncing
Hi I have a problem when I sync my contacts with zoho. Every single one contact made from my phone is not synced. But when I add contacts from the zoho web it syncs just fine on the phone. I have a Galaxy s 4 phone Please help me Thank you
location services with zoho mobile app
I am trying to find out if Zoho app for iphone has any ability to use my current location and allow me to 'check-in' while in a specific lead. I imagine it would be like logging a call from the phone. For example, if my office schedules me for an appointment and I go to a site to meet a potential client, I would like to use the map to locate the client and then once I'm there, I can open the app, click a button that allows me to mark my arrival date, time and location and it automatically attaches

When I view Events on my device, all customs views -I edited default view- appear error message and not show correctly, past events, open events, etc. I uninstall and install again and the problem persist. Custom views on mobile site?
Sorry if this is a repeat but I could not find it anywhere. Can you change the view of the modules you see from the mobile site? In other words I have a custom view set up for my potentials page and when I access it via the mobile site I can only see two columns (Potential Name & date), which is fine if that is all I can get but if I could I would like to have another column instead of the "Name" column (and the date)? Unable to view Contacts on iPad app
I'm using the Zoho CRM app on my iPad but it only ever wants to sync a small portion of my Contacts. I have about 3300 contacts, which I can view online just fine, but when my iPad tries to sync with the main server/main account it only pulls maybe a few hundred of those contacts, at the most. ZCRM Android Native App: Users have access to custom views that are not shared with them
Hi there, From the Android CRM native app users have access to custom views from the various modules that are not shared with them in the desktop version. In other words: If i create a view in a module and select "show this custom view only to me" then users will still be able to access it via the native Mobile App. That is honestly quite disturbing.... /Bo Thygesen

Hello. I'm not sure why the mobile sync only downloads email in plain text, when other services utilizing ActiveSync are able to sync html, but if that could be resolved it would be wonderful. It's very tedious to have to switch to the mobile web to view html emails. I also think that m.zoho.com should show all of our available apps. Notebook would be a great standalone app for students. Converting Leads to Accounts in Zoho Mobile CRM
I converted an open lead to an account on my Zoho mobile app for Android yesterday, however it did not appear to convert properly. It did create an Account and Contact, but it did not close the originating lead out, and the lead was still open and not associated with the Account. I was able to solve the issue on the web by Converting again, and associating with now existing Account as the Zoho error message advised.

One of our users is able to install the Zoho CRM Blackberry client on his Blackberry Curve. However he get no data in any of the tabs. Just an error message saying that the device is unable to retrieve data. He does have a valid license.

Duplicate custom fields within contacts exclusively - buggy problem in mobile edition
Have an issue with duplicate fields displaying in individual contacts within the mobile app only. This is latest version running on an iphone 5. Effectively, we created every field including addresses as custom fields, within both leads and contacts, so is no difference in the info displayed between the 2 different views. Only fields that aren't custom is names, title, mobile and phone. I know this is maybe an odd set up but it gets around some issues we've had forced by Zoho and works to date with
