Hi, I was wondering whether or not the Android app is able to view the notes posted via iPads and the computer version? At the moment I am using a HTC one and cannot see the notes that were added through my iPad and/or computer version. Is this not a feature or is my version out of date (checked if it needed updating, but no) or do I have a bug of some sort? Does this feature exist? if not will it be added and when? We are happy to announce the Mobile Edition of Zoho CRM (Beta) for iPhone and Android devices. This is available for all editions (Free, Professional and Enterprise). How to access? You can access Zoho CRM from mobile.zoho.com with your existing Zoho CRM credentials. After logging in, choose CRM from the list of applications. Hi, a few questions/ suggestions/ possible bugs related to m.zoho.com: CRM Accounts: From accounts i can access related potentials and, contacts. But not related products. Is that something that you consider adding? (Same from "contacts", i can access related potentials but not related products). Interestingly enough the product module also lacks on the native android and IOS apps. Is there something that makes the product module different from other modules? I updated the Zoho CRM app on Android this morning only to have the potentials erased from the device. I reset the application and it still reads "No Potentials". I ensured that it was pulling the data from the server but I still get the error.Notes + Live update times

I had been using the Zoho Mobile App for a couple of weeks on my Android phone, when suddenly today I got this: "Sorry but you do not have permission to access the Zoho CRM Android Application. Please contact your Zoho CRM account administrator for any clarifications." Here's the thing, I am the administrator and the app was working fine last week. I haven't changed any of my own settings, and there is no option (none that I can see anyway) for activating mobile access in Subscription Management,Cannot Sync may account with Samsung Galaxy S III and android JellyBean 4.1

Greetings, I am trying to configure my Motorola Droid Razr M running Android 4.1.2 on the Verizon network to sync email, calendar, and contacts with the Zoho Mobile Sync system. I followed the instructions given here: http://zsync.zohosites.com/Android.html. I enter all of my information including username and password. Server = "msync.zoho.com", port = "443" (default). I Accept all SSL Connections and leave the Domain blank (I have no domain so I just put "\survivorof73" in the box for "Domain\Username").CRM on Ipad
When entering notes for a contact in ZCRM on iPad the note is unexpectedly truncated after approx 2000 characters - makes it hard to work with when travelling through extension number of meetings on week-long trips thinking all your notes from the meeting are being recorded - is this a bug? a feature !#$! or just how things are?Ipad app crashes when I add a new account

Hi When working with activities in the mobile app for ipad/iphone and adding a note to the activity is syncronised to ZohoCRM as a Note, but in the ZohoCRM the notes are added to the contact. Which means that you can not use notes created in the ZohoCRM in the mobile app and/or use notes created in the mobile app in ZohoCRM. That is a big problem for us, as we use the notes as information/history on the activity. Any way of fixing that? Regard BenteAnyone ACTIVELY syncing Calendar/Contacts with Android?? Anyone?
I have been trying to do this with native Android ActiveSync as well as with Touchdown and although the account & server tests pass on setup, nothing ever synchronizes. I'm running a custom ROM on my phone, but it's a 2.2.1 Froyo and a VERY SOLID ROM so I don't expect it has anything weird going on, i.e. shortcomings are not likely with this one. I tried Touchdown in ActiveSync and Exchange 2003 mode as suggested in another thread. It kind of leads me to believe it's a Zoho issue since Touchdowncan't login to mobile app??

Whenever I log onto Zoho on my iPhone or iPad it gives me an error that reads, "You do not have permission to visit this module"; however, I can do everything I want without any issues on the desktop version of Zoho. Hi there I'm trialling the iPhone app for Zoho CRM and it looks very promising, but it doesn't always sync flawlessly. Eg. When I convert a lead on my computer, it isn't reflected on the iPhone. When I look at leads in CRM mobile for Android, the 2 fields shown for each record are "Lead Name" and "email". Can I change these? I'd like to see other fields instead. Seeing these field names is not very practical. I'd rather be able to see "Company Name", for starters. I can't see how to change these settings anywhere. Currently, this feature is not functioning properly. It doesn't seem to use Zip Code or state abbreviations (NY, NJ, etc). In the USA, these basic search features are how we enter information. Please consider changing this as it can be a really handy feature.Zoho CRM Anrdoid App - Vendors

Hi, it seems that I have issues when working from web-based Zoho CRM and iPhone/iPad app. The issue is that when I enter some data in one, it cannot be found in the other. Specifically - I have created an event in iPhone app, added a note for it and saved. When I look in the web-based app. I can see the person, the event, but CANNOT see the note. I cannot find it anywhere on the web !! Hi, I purchased crm several days ago. In the beginning, I found that some meta data is Chinese but I preferred English, so I modified the list as English in your website. It really took times. I have requested a Zoho Invoice iPad app several times and have been told it is on the list. In the meantime, I was directed to start using mobile.zoho.com on the iPad if I was not satisfied with using the iPhone app. This version looks great but LACKS several functions that are necessary to make it useful. At the very least, the mobile.zoho.com site needs to have the same functionality as the Zoho Invoice app for the iPhone. I have yet to find a way/place to change where the "Leads Near Me" pulls leads from. Is there one? If not, this function is completely useless to me, but with the ability to specify that I want it to pull leads from a specific list would make it immensly useful for my business and I imagine quite a few others. Also, I use the HTC EVO and have google maps app, having the Zoho app be able to interact with google map app would be awsome, i.e. instead of pulling up the "Leads Near Me" on google.comNext Page

We are pleased to announce the release of our Android app for Zoho CRM in Google Market (Google Play). The App is free to download from the App store but you need to activate the "Mobile Add-on" in your CRM account to use the app. The app comes with a 15 day trial period after which users have to subscribe to the mobile add-on package at $3 per user per month (as is the case with our CRM native apps across other platforms like iPhone and Blackberry) to continue using the app. More details on activatingZoho CRM app for iPhone - Release announcement
