Send as Group email on mobile app
I have created a group. Eg. Sales@123.com. I have already enabled allow to send as Group. I have no issue composing mail as sales@123.com on my desktop. However I cannot do so on my mobile phone. Drop down arrow also only shows my personal email. How to I send as Group on mobile app?
Signature shows up on desktops but not mobile.
I have a signature that is an uploaded image that works great when opening on a desktop but if anyone opens it on a mobile device it is just an empty rectangle. Any thoughts?
Can't use Zoho on phone -- app or web!
Recently I had some computer issues, so I needed to use Zoho on my phone (iPhone). Every time I tried to launch the app, within one second, it crashes. So, I decided to go to Zoho via Safari on my phone. That was not successful either -- it will open a page, but you can only see a tiny corner of the page and *you can't move the page around*! So I was not able to use Zoho on my phone with either method. In talking to one of my colleagues, I found out she has the same problem -- the Zoho app crashes/quits
Custom Dashboard on mobile app
Trying to figure out why my custom dashboard is not showing up on the mobile app. I can see the dashboard on the desktop with no problems. However, when I try to access it on the mobile app, it says "No Components". Any help would be appreciated.

Texting through Zoho CRM
Is Zoho working on making it easier to send and receive texts via their mobile device if the are using Zoho CRM? It's quite clunky currently to have to be on the desktop version versus coming to an actual phone where they can be responded to immediately which is really the purpose of texting. Times are changing where texting is becoming the communication of choice with potential clients. Emails and phone calling is going by the wayside. Would love to see Zoho develop something that will work
Calendar widget Android

Logging incoming calls on iPhone.
Hi Community Has anyone been able to solve the problem of iphone not being able to pickup incoming calls (or SMS) in the Zoho CRM app? I know it can be done if you have a PBX system, but I just have myself and an iphone. Surely there must be a way to do this. I don't believe it's because "Apple has locked it down" as Zoho states, otherwise the PBX systems wouldn't work either. Who is the guru who can solve this?

Customizing the modules listing screen, is now supported in the CRM Android App (v3.4.3)
Hello All, Here's an update to the users who were looking to restrict some of the modules from getting listed in the mobile app. In Zoho CRM Android app, we now have the option to hide the modules from within the modules listing screen, based on your requirement. However, the changes that you make here will be applicable only to the CRM mobile app. If you would like to avail this feature, please update the app to the latest version from the Play Store. Approve Leads Zoho CRM IOS App
I am unable to approve leads in the IOS CRM app. Am i missing something or is this not possible? They have a lock icon that says Waiting for Approval, but i don't see anywhere i can do that.
Phone app not showing all Contacts or Accounts

Cannot Add Second Zoho Email to Mobile App
I see from the mobile app there is a button to add additional accounts to the app. But, each time I click Add Account, it attempts to add my current main account. Is there a different way to add a second Zoho email to the app?

No send button on Android app
I provide websites and web services for small businesses. I just set up a client with Zoho mail, to test out your services. When composing a new e-mail, the Zoho Mail Android app on his phone (Samsung Galaxy S7) does not show all the buttons on the toolbar. The responsive design hides all the icons. Agents can send outbound emails to new or existing contacts at the time of ticket creation. You can also convert the emails into tickets and track their progress. I love the new view in the mobile iOS app that lets us see ALL TIME SHEETS. Would it be possible to add the viewing of live timers of all users as well? as an admin, I constantly check in on where my employees are, and what they are working on. I do this by checking the live timers status on the web app. having this in the mobile app would be great.
Can't position Name field on contacts
I have the issue that I cannot position the first name & last names system fields on my contacts form. They are also showing "Created Time", "Modified Time" and "Last Activity Time" fields alongside them which is interfering with my contact layout. Hi ZOHO Support Team, 3 of my teammates are getting logged out of the ZOHO CRM Mobile App with warning such as "Sorry! your ZOHO CRM account has been disabled" but when I look at ZOHO One admin page, they are still an active user. Clocking in and out on app
Good morning Can you please advise if there is way to allow clocking in and out on the projects app? I can only see an option to log time in hours whereas on the desktop version you can start and stop a timer on a task. We are very interested in having our engineers use this to manage jobs more efficiently. Many thanks in advance Kate
"Leads" or "Card Scanner" App?
Hi Guys, We're going to deploy a card scanning app to our business development force and would like clarification on WHICH of the two apps provided by Zoho would be best? They seem to do the same thing; except one is sold for "free" (the card scanning engine is a 4.99 add-on) whilst the other is 4.99 out of the box. Is there any difference between the two? Other than the badge scanning - we do not use that feature. Do they use the same version of the OCR engine? Are they equally actively developed?

Hello, The problem is that when i call throw the app even when i call throw the 'deal'' call buton the system logs the call to the account. So i have to go to account and choose the ''related to'' option and change the call from an account call to a ''deal'' call. This is very bad because it is dificult to do it via the mobile so many phones contacted by the salesman for a deal are looged in the account and we can not track the eficciency. Hi, I have a problem with my Zoho mobile App. When i log-in with my user and password in the Zoho mobile App, it requests automatically for a new security code, the system receive it in the mobile phone and validate automatically and then immediately log-out. So, I can not log-in to my Zoho account through the Zoho mobile App. Though my laptop web access there is not issue. Appreciate any help Regards Gabriel
Touch ID as an option as well as password
Would be really nice to have the option of using touch ID instead of a password to access the CRM app, like what banking apps such as Monzo etc... do.
Card Scaner Language
I have a problem, the card scanner does not read Greek, so i have to questions. Will you add Greek Language, I do not thing that is difficult there are many apps supporting it Why we can not just scan as pdf the card or as very light photo so we can upload it to crm with mobile data and also do not spend recources on your side. The photos are Heavy so i have to change my camera setting each time i take a photo as attachment in CRM
Zoho Desk iOS App | No push notification sent when a ticket is moved to another department
Hello folks, Our situation is this: 3 departments configured for our Zoho Desk instance. One department (Technical Support) is configured as the primary (is the only one available for Help Center ticket submissions). The other two departments ("Developers", and "<redacted> Account Creation") are set to private and can only receive tickets when the primary department manually moves the ticket to them. This is by design because we do not want regular users choosing which department to submit tickets
Mobile CRM- task view not correct
Hi we have a task view on our desktop which we use as a daybook and it is filtered to show only tasks that have daybook written in and status is not closed. It works great. The problem is that on the phone it shows closed daybook tasks as well. Plus the big problem is the speed, sometimes it can take hours before we see the task when we are mobile which is a problem as tasks drive most companies. Any ideas p[lease.

Unable to see email activity
I am curious to know how to see any email activity that has taken place between myself and a contact from the mobile app. It is extremely convenient to have this feature in the app, but as of right now it looks like the Zillow app does not have the schedule ability? Can a Zoho representative please clarify whether this feature is available, and if not, when you will be making it available?
Mobile App and Web App not showing same records
Steps to reproduce issue: User1 creates accounts, contacts and leads User1 transfers the accounts, contacts and leads to User2 due to promotion User2 then shares the accounts, contacts and leads to User3 as read-write +related records User2 creates new leads and shares them with User3 User3 can only see the items shared by User2 IF User2 created them. If User1 created them they are not visible in the Mobile App. They are visible to User3 via a browser.

Hi, I keep instructions for outsourcing clients that I always use for documents in CRM, but I can not see them in CRM's mobile app. Are there any apps that can be accessed right here? Analytics on CRM Mobile App not working
We need to visualize our sales metrics on the CRM mobile App (Both Android and iOS). According to this link (https://www.zoho.com/crm/mobile/sales-app.html?src=ft), in the dashboard >> favorites App menu, it's possible to visualize different types of reports (Created on the favoritve section in our CRM account), but we already tried on Android and iOS and it has not worked. Only the text lists show up, but none the graphic reports. How can we visualize this information/reports? Thanks
