"Leads" or "Card Scanner" App?
Hi Guys, We're going to deploy a card scanning app to our business development force and would like clarification on WHICH of the two apps provided by Zoho would be best? They seem to do the same thing; except one is sold for "free" (the card scanning engine is a 4.99 add-on) whilst the other is 4.99 out of the box. Is there any difference between the two? Other than the badge scanning - we do not use that feature. Do they use the same version of the OCR engine? Are they equally actively developed?
Andoid app automatic call log fail
Hello, The problem is that when i call throw the app even when i call throw the 'deal'' call buton the system logs the call to the account. So i have to go to account and choose the ''related to'' option and change the call from an account call to a ''deal'' call. This is very bad because it is dificult to do it via the mobile so many phones contacted by the salesman for a deal are looged in the account and we can not track the eficciency. Zoho Mobile App log-out immediately after login-in and validation code successfully validated
Hi, I have a problem with my Zoho mobile App. When i log-in with my user and password in the Zoho mobile App, it requests automatically for a new security code, the system receive it in the mobile phone and validate automatically and then immediately log-out. So, I can not log-in to my Zoho account through the Zoho mobile App. Though my laptop web access there is not issue. Appreciate any help Regards Gabriel
Touch ID as an option as well as password
Would be really nice to have the option of using touch ID instead of a password to access the CRM app, like what banking apps such as Monzo etc... do.
Card Scaner Language
I have a problem, the card scanner does not read Greek, so i have to questions. Will you add Greek Language, I do not thing that is difficult there are many apps supporting it Why we can not just scan as pdf the card or as very light photo so we can upload it to crm with mobile data and also do not spend recources on your side. The photos are Heavy so i have to change my camera setting each time i take a photo as attachment in CRM
Zoho Desk iOS App | No push notification sent when a ticket is moved to another department
Hello folks, Our situation is this: 3 departments configured for our Zoho Desk instance. One department (Technical Support) is configured as the primary (is the only one available for Help Center ticket submissions). The other two departments ("Developers", and "<redacted> Account Creation") are set to private and can only receive tickets when the primary department manually moves the ticket to them. This is by design because we do not want regular users choosing which department to submit tickets
Mobile CRM- task view not correct
Hi we have a task view on our desktop which we use as a daybook and it is filtered to show only tasks that have daybook written in and status is not closed. It works great. The problem is that on the phone it shows closed daybook tasks as well. Plus the big problem is the speed, sometimes it can take hours before we see the task when we are mobile which is a problem as tasks drive most companies. Any ideas p[lease.

Unable to see email activity
I am curious to know how to see any email activity that has taken place between myself and a contact from the mobile app. It is extremely convenient to have this feature in the app, but as of right now it looks like the Zillow app does not have the schedule ability? Can a Zoho representative please clarify whether this feature is available, and if not, when you will be making it available?
Mobile App and Web App not showing same records
Steps to reproduce issue: User1 creates accounts, contacts and leads User1 transfers the accounts, contacts and leads to User2 due to promotion User2 then shares the accounts, contacts and leads to User3 as read-write +related records User2 creates new leads and shares them with User3 User3 can only see the items shared by User2 IF User2 created them. If User1 created them they are not visible in the Mobile App. They are visible to User3 via a browser.

Hi, I keep instructions for outsourcing clients that I always use for documents in CRM, but I can not see them in CRM's mobile app. Are there any apps that can be accessed right here? Aren't there too much demand? There are various storages such as evernote, google and so on, but we don't want to put them in so many places, and all the CRMs are open in the company, so it's easiest to understand and put them here. Analytics on CRM Mobile App not working
We need to visualize our sales metrics on the CRM mobile App (Both Android and iOS). According to this link (https://www.zoho.com/crm/mobile/sales-app.html?src=ft), in the dashboard >> favorites App menu, it's possible to visualize different types of reports (Created on the favoritve section in our CRM account), but we already tried on Android and iOS and it has not worked. Only the text lists show up, but none the graphic reports. How can we visualize this information/reports? Thanks

Subforms in CRM Mobile?
I figured out how to use a subform in a custom module I created but found out that the subform is not usable on the Zoho CRM Android app. This is something that is really hindering the use of Zoho in the intention on how I am building it. Will the subforms be accessible on the mobile app? Also, if not, how can I set up a field to add product or items from another custom module just like you would when adding products in a quote? Lookup Field not linking to Contacts on iPad or Tablet

Push Notification Issues in iPhone 8 (Zoho CRM App)
Hello All, I am using an iPhone 8, software version 11.4.1, I have installed the application of Zoho CRM version 3.3.21, but the Push Notifications are not working, I don’t receive any display message when a task need attention (Call, etc). In the Configuration of the Zoho CRM App, in Privacy and Security the Notification Push have a message that say: “retry”. mails not received on mobile app version
Hi Guys, I have 3 mail accounts on zoho. 1 with @zoho.com and 2 with different domain endings. with one of them i dont receive the mails via zoho android app. on desktop I receive all the mails but not on my samsung mobile phone. what is wrong?
Events in Zoho CRM MOBILE APP
(We are using new Samsung Android Devices) I made an event for one of my field techs. Put in the address. He came up to me with his event open on his mobile app. there are four tiny buttons at the bottom: an envelope, a blip with a check mark, a map, and a phone. check mark "checks me in". The map doesn't seem to do anything? Shouldn't it navigate to the event's location??
I can't disable Restrict Sign In on OneAuth App
I had downloaded the One Auth App and enable restrict sign in, but then I decided to delete it since I didn't find good use for it. However, any time I attempt to sign in to check my Zoho emails, an error tells me to go to the OneAuth app and disable restrict sign in. I then downloaded the OneAuth App again, but it doest let me sign in either, so I am stocked without been able to use my Zoho Mail. Any suggestions? Please help. Thank you!!!
Too many notifications on my mobile app
I have the Zoho Desk mobile app on my iphone as do some of my coworkers. We all don't get the same number of notifications. Some get what seems to be the expected amount, others get hundreds and one person got over 10,000+ in a day. Our settings all look the same. Why would this be happening? How do/Can we limit the number of notifications received to specific actions?

Android Application doesn't match the linked fields on ticket layout
I've tried to process a ticket from the Android application today and found out that the linked fields aren't being listed as their browser counterpart. A linked subfield is being listed including all of its contents instead of being filtered out based on the field dependency.

Reordering tasks
Hi ! I'm starting a project and for now adding tasks in no specific order under the general task-list. Now, I like to reorder them. They don't have a completion date or urgency set. However I'm wondering how to move them. I tried the kanban view with no much success. I'm using an iPad Pro as main device. Neither via Safari browser, not with the iOS app, moving tasks seem obviously available. So, how can I achieve this ? Thanks

When viewing your task board in connect on the web you can drag and move tasks with ease. On mobile this is non existent! It is a pain staking manual click to change it. It would be awesome if mobile had the same abilities.
How to get the mobile application to show more than 2 graphs in the dashboard

Desk Mobile application sometimes changes the last used view
I'm having this issue on the android application. The last used ticket view changes from time to time. It was behaving this way since we've started to use Desk back in July and I'm still having this problem.

Just a thought - why not use the neat iOS icon for Zoho CRM instead of the current outdated one. Most other Apps are using a more modern look It was pretty easy to change the ghastly Mail icon to the newer one from the web app and makes a small but nice difference
iOS App Zoho Card Scan
Good day, how can I add additional values to the app? I scan regulary business cards, but I would like to add them to the custom field values I created in my Zoho CRM. But it looks like that in the app it is fix to choose one from the given values. For example how do we get the lead, I do not need "cold call" but I would like to add the certain event.
