copy & paste

Good day,

I am having issues with copy & past on all my zoho app.

Is there anything that I could do (settings) to be able to copy text from a word document and past into a zoho doc?

Even worse, is being able to cut text in Zoho docs but not being able to past on the same paragraph!

I must say it is a bit frustrating.
