Uploading Users
When trying to upload new users - I keep getting the message that there is a duplicates in my file - when there clearly are not any duplicates in the file (or in the system). I can only import one user from the file at a time. How can I get around this issue? Thanks.New Area Creatio in Dashboard

Is it possible to mass delete information from a form instead of doing it one by one? I tried to reimport something hoping that the duplicate catcher would notice it and it did not, so now I have three sets of the same information. Only one set is the one I want. I would love to be able to either mass remove an import or checkmark all the items on a list that I don't want at once and delete in one swoop instead of one by one.Approver unable to approve....?
I have set up a user as the highest permission of approver in the company and I have entered Expense Report (test). Everything works (email alert, input, output), EXCEPT when the Approver actually goes to approve the report. It says: "You are not allowed to access this data. Contact your administrator" How should proceed...since I guess I am the administrator :-/Attach Documents to Employee Records?

This question was asked 9mth ago by someone else so i hope there is a solution now. All notification e-mails come with a disclaimer from zoho people. Can this now be customised as it creates a massive problem as it does not cover the detail that our own e-mail security policy / disclaimer should state. Hi, I have added 2 more users in my Zoho People account. They accepted and the first use was smooth. Unfortunately, something happened, and now, when they log into Zoho People, they can't see the organization anymore. Instead, they are seeing a fresh new one (the system did ask them to select between staffing agency or HR system). I checked with them, both of them have the same issue. Hello, I am new to Zoho People and still reviewing to see if it meets our requirements. I don't see a way to have multiple positions for an employee within our company. I want to see that they were, for example: Assistant reporting to manager (2006-2007) - Salary $20,000 Manager reporting to Director (2008-2009) - Salary $50,000 Director reporting to CEO (2010-Present) Salary $75,000 The "Work" area of the employee record seems to handle this, but there's only 1 possible work record for an employee.How to change system field name of "Departments"
"Departments" seems to be a system field. Now, our company is not separated into departments, but "Offices". How can I change the field title of "Departments" to "Offices"?
