How can I delete a new Zoho People form? Thanks, SteveCreating Date-Driven Workflow or Alerts?
We are looking to use date-driven Alerts &/or Workflow on a recurring basis. For example, we would like to have a Workflow &/or Alert trigger annually, based on the Employee's Start Date. This may be done for purposes of reminding/scheduling the need to perform the Employee's annual performance review, or it may be done to recognize the employee's anniversary date. Another example would be a trigger off of the employee's birthday, for Employee Recognition program (wishing them happy birthday).Dynamic Data Driven Fields
Hi, Within a form, it would be great to allow one field lookup value, to be driven by another lookup value from the same form. For example: Data Source Form contains 2 fields with the following values: - Name: 'James Smith' - Job Title 'Administrator' 1) Within the Data Capture Form, I have 1 Lookup field that takes the values from the Name field on the Data Source Form. 2) Within the Data Capture Form, I select 'James Smith' 3) Upon selection, the Job Title field is automatically populated withForm Data Imports not working
Hi, I've been trying to setup People and therefore have lots of data to import into the various forms. Browsing for the file and then clicking import presents the following error: Sorry, the page you have requested was not found. Please check the URL for proper spelling and capitalization. Dear All, We have been using Zoho People for a few days, and quite like it. We have entered about 10 applicant resumes into the system. However, these resumes are not listed we go to Recruitment -> Resume -> List. The application simply states "No Records". However, when go to Recruitment -> Home, it does report "Total Candidates - 10". What could we be going wrong here? The job openings are showing up just fine. And of course, we are using an Administrator user ID to for this. Any help would beThe candidate. How make update its date?

I started using ZOHO this week. I'm from new Zealand and operate a small employment agency in Christchurch. I've been using ACT!6 for years but its become unusaseable now so I'm trying zoho. I'm interested to know if anyone has already set up zoho for this purpose and if they used the 'products' category for the job-seekers registered with them. It seems to make sense to me as all the other tabs migrate to each other as a sale progresses. Support, I had send the issue to support via email but no response. So I post it here. I had set the user to terminated according to http://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/?ftid=2266000000030110 But I still see 5 employees waiting for invitation. What happen? Zoho HRMS/People is great application. However there is one very impt area that is badly required. When employees send request of any type, they should be able to see in one simple dashboard or screen all their different requests and their status: has it been approved, where is it pending, ..etc. Similarly a manager of the company administration or services dept should be able to monitor all requests that hv been sent by employees and the corresponding status. 1. When a manager who is an administrator enters leave for an employee, it is the administrator's name instead of the employees name that appears in the Dashboard. 2. When an administrator applies leave for herself, that same administrator cannot approve their own leave. It would seem that an administrator should have that authority.Search opportunities

I've posted previously that on resume list view, I'd like to be able to change which field display so I can see the information that i need at a glance. I understand that there is no customizable view for that page at this time, so I tried to customize the form and change the name of the field and the dropdown categories within it. Current Job Description field has default dropdown of "fresher, project, team lead etc" and this is the field that shows up on the resume list view. I open up the formtime sheets
I suspect that you can make custom time sheets from the forms/reporting part. Am I correct? Are there any plans for creating canned sheets to save time? I am running into two bugs: When I send an email and select save as template, I enter the template name. However, when I go to send another email, there are no templates available. When I use the variables within the interview email form the variables (${Candidate name}, ${Level1: InterviewDate}, or ${Level1: InterviewVenue}) are showing up in the email instead of the pulled information. So ${Candidate name} is showing up as ${Candidate name}, instead of Max Bailey. The variables work when contactingHired and terminated employees
HI. How do I get "hired" employees out of the resume list in a job opening? The employee has been hired and then terminated. He still shows in the resume list under the job opening as "joined" although I've made his status "terminated" in his employee record. I've also tried making a new job opening "bucket" and moving him to an inactive folder but zoho wont let me move his resume. Any suggestions? Is there a way to set the character limit higher on multi-line fields so that we are not losing information pasted into the field? When the text is entered or pasted, there is no error to say that the text is too large. After saving and going back to view most of the text is gone. Also, when viewing the resume, the text is not wrapped in the multi line fields and can t be read without scrolling across the page.list view of resumes

It seems when someone applies for a job through the embedded iframe for a particular job opening the applicant is not automatically being associated with the job opening. Instead the resume appears in "Resume --> List" and I have to manually associate them with a particular position without actually knowing what position they applied for. I would like to be able to browse resumes under the specific job opening and then mark as qualified or unqualified.Detailed Embedded Job Openings
I like having the ability to dictate what appears as part of the table when displaying all of the available jobs. However, I noticed when a applicant clicks on the Posting title to find out more about the job opening, the page simply restates what was displayed in the initial table.
