Zoho People will now support the following options of Announcements, Holidays and Leave Types :- Location based Holidays Location based Announcements Location based Leave Types Role based Leave Types For the features involving the location configuration, please add the required locations using the newly added Location form. Steps to add the locations :- Navigate to Location form. (Eg Organization → Location) Click on 'Add record' option. Hi there I have set up a company on Zoho people, but one of our users has somehow gone in and set up their own company. Now when i try to invite them, I get an error saying they are already part of another organisation. Can you tell me how I can invite them and remove them from the other organisation they have accidentally set up We already use Zoho projects so dont want to delete her entire account. We are a group of companies and one of the companies is branching out on its own. We have just recently installed Zoho People to fulfill our HR needs but we do not want to set up everything from scratch. Our parent company already uses its forms and leave and training details through Zoho People. Hi, We started using ZOHO PEOPLE a couple of weeks ago. I want to use the PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL module but to be honest, I don't quite understand how it should work. For example, I don't get why I have to approve a performance appraisal I added for an employee. Can anyone describe the 'normal' process for a performance appraisal on ZOHO PEOPLE? Hi There We are evaluating the suitability of Zoho People for our HRMS needs. One of the key questions I have is around the ability to export my entire data set stored using Zoho People at once instead of exporting in a piecemeal fashion. Hi, I uploaded an image file into the database.. Am able to 'View' it.. But I need to call it (Display the image) dynamically into another form based on user input.. For ex employee photo is uploaded into the employee table (Using Employee master form).. How to get this image displayed on a different form (Say.. Hello, After doing a full export (all data, including the data in tabular sections) of the employee form I have done an import so I can re-map some fields, thus updating only the fields I was interested in. I can see now that somehow all of my tabular sections are empty. I don't see any reason why things are the way they are now. Could you explain what happened? Is it a delay in refreshing my data? Hi, 1.When my team member is trying to approve the leave of his subordinate, it says 'YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO ACCESS THIS DATA. PLEASE CONTACT YOUR ADMINISTRATOR" Eg: Approver Id is TI10017,There are 3 leaves pending approval at his end. 2. Hi, Can you please tell me what defines the fields that are available to view, if an employee (Team Member) views their Manager's (or any other team member's) profile via the Organization Chart. For example, I have enabled every Employee field as View or View/Edit. Is it possible to mass delete information from a form instead of doing it one by one? I tried to reimport something hoping that the duplicate catcher would notice it and it did not, so now I have three sets of the same information. Only one set is the one I want. I would love to be able to either mass remove an import or checkmark all the items on a list that I don't want at once and delete in one swoop instead of one by one.Approver unable to approve....?
I have set up a user as the highest permission of approver in the company and I have entered Expense Report (test). Everything works (email alert, input, output), EXCEPT when the Approver actually goes to approve the report. It says: "You are not allowed to access this data. This question was asked 9mth ago by someone else so i hope there is a solution now. All notification e-mails come with a disclaimer from zoho people. Can this now be customised as it creates a massive problem as it does not cover the detail that our own e-mail security policy / disclaimer should state.
