Time zone issue with Calendar in ZohoProjects
To Support for ZohoProjects, I am having issues with time zones using the Calendar feature in ZohoProjects, see attached PDF for screenshots. I have set the same time zone in my Google Calendar and the time zone in ZohoProjects across all portals. When I create an event in the Calendar in ZohoProjects, the meeting invite sent to me indicates two conflicting times: 1) the heading indicates the correct time but 2) the time in the invite is one hour behind. Please advise. Thanks.

Allow custom field to be included on timesheet export

How can I delete unwanted Status

We use a single project board for ongoing client tasks and would like to hide the completed (closed) task lists from the board. Like in this forum, Zoho Mail and practically every other project management system out there can we get the ability to Tag and search by Tags? As my number of tasks and projects have grown the ability to tag specific ones when filtering would be incredibly helpful.

Resource Allocation Report does not include Client Users
As a project manager consultant, I often find that I need to track Client Users resource utilization. When I run the Utilization report,the report only includes internal users. Client Users are not shown in the report. The way I get around this limitation is to export the entire project plan, duplicated tasks that have been assigned to multiple Client resources and then do a cross tab report in Excel. This is a lot of work and very unproductive. Is this a design feature or a bug? Thanks

I try to give access to clients but the functinality has a major bug. I do not want the client to be able to assign tasks direct to my team. has anybody world wide accually wants this? Planned vs Actual report
I raised this already. but maybe someone else has a work around. I just noticed that when a user is removed from a project (eg if he leaves the company), he is automatically removed from Planned vs Actuals report as well, which means that data is incomplete/inaccurate.

sort projects by name, or by created date?
Hi: Seems like the "list projects in alphabetical order" can only be by Ascending order, no Descending order. Also in "Home" -> "Active Projects" section, why not show project "Created Date", and can be sorted? I create 5-10 projects per day, but some how I don't know how they got listed and ordered? and I don't find a better way to order them? Drag Drop won't work because it is time consuming. hello, As per the subject matter, please see the attached file. If one of the Task Owners, example Melvin closes this Task, the other Task Owner, which is Fred cannot enter his actual Time because the Task is already closed. Is there a way that the Task must be totally close if all Task Owners Status are close, if other owner still has an Open Status for this particular task, it should not be close.
