Access for Everyone
We are looking at potentially purchasing ZOHO. However one of the things we want is to have all users (approximately 18) have access and report off all open tasks and projects. Would the only way to do this is make everyone an Admin?
Project Events not updating in Google Calendar
Hi everyone, I had set up my Google calendar so I can see my Project events. It was working fine until today when it stopped synching. I have logged out and in of both Zoho and Google. Removed the calendar and re-added it back in, but it is still stuck at the calendar from yesterday. Not sure what else to do. It is making my planning complicated. Thanks in advance, Jessica

Is this possible? The option only appears for Owner and Admins.

Zoho Support Integration
If you use Enterprise plans of Zoho Support and Zoho BugTracker add-on within Zoho Projects, you can log bugs in Support and track their progress from Projects. Once a ticket is logged in Zoho Support, the support rep can file it as a bug. The bug will now show up in the corresponding BugTracker module of Zoho Projects. Project Dashboard - Status email notification
Hi, some staff members at my company has been using Zoho Projects for a few months now and we love it! One thing though I am a little unsure of though and would like a little advice please.... Whenever we make any changes to Tasks, Milestones, Forums or comment on these the correct staff who are members of the project will get an email to alert them a change has been made which is good. Calendar changes
So our company "projects" all depend on scheduling of the jobs before/after them. If we get rained out one day, that bumps All the jobs after that out one day back since these are All separate projects, it takes up ALOT of time to push them all back a day - not to mention there is no easy way to do it since we have dependency's set in all our projects. Is there a way to MASS move all the projects at once? Or do I have to individually have to move 30+ projects back one day? If I do need to individually
Importing task dependencies from MS Project
Hi, I am currently using the Import tasks option in the Classic view. When I come to the "Associate XLS fields with the task fields " option there is no option to import the dependencies of tasks (predecessors in MSPP) . This becomes a problem as I will need to manually set the dependencies again in Zoho. Is there a workaround for this? Please do let me know. Regards, Gehan

is there a way to view milestones from all current projects on one horizontal chronological chart? to see when we will be busiest, what project phases are coming up etc? I'm talking about all my project milestones in one view.
Inaccurate Data
I am having these issues... At the time of reporting several weeks using Timesheet by Project and Memebrs reporting feature, my reports does not show all the weeks checked off by my boss. His reporting does but not mine, both are based on the same underlying data. Why is that? The timesheets for certain employees seem to go blank at times and suddenly the data appears weeks later. Printing custom views from Gant schedule
Hi It would be really nice if you could adjust more settings when printing/exporting a Gant schedule from zoho projects. For example, at my office I have a printer able to print papers with dimension 297x1200 mm. It would be nice to set the export/print to have the task list to the left (as normal) but then expand/stretch the current view of the schedule to fill out the rest of the paper. Is this possible? Organizing or re-ordering project names by clients in Active Project View
When on the home page (My Home / My Projects) and looking at the "Active Projects" and selecting "Display Projects by Client" it shows my clients in order they were entered. I would like to arrange them in a different way (by priority). Is this possible to do? I know in the "Show All Projects" view I can sort alphabetically or I can drag and drop to reorder. Can I do something similar in the client view?

Major bug with files and forum
Hi In project configuration, project tab Organize, i removed the forum and documents options for my clients, so we can review all the work before they can see the final version and have access to it. In tasks when i associatet a file with them, they can see them and open them. But when i associate a forum with them it gives them a not authorized notification. I think this is contradictory because they have access to the documents but not the forums. One solution is to allow them access to the forums
Archiving Old Projects
Is there capability to archive an old project, instead of deleting it? We were working on a project, which is now past. We'd like to save it in order to recall it next year when we'll have to repeat many of the same tasks. Does this capability exist? Thanks in advance for your reply!

Getting to a Project from the Gantt Chart and Calendar
While you can get to the actual Task by clicking on a task in the Gantt chart or the Calendar, there is no way getting to the actual Project from that particular task to see the task in context to the others in that project. For example when you click and open up a task from the Gantt chart (or Calendar) it opens the task in a pop-up window and lists the Project as a text field on the top right hand corner. Add Feature to be able to create Document Folder Templates
Recently we have been using the Document feature in Zoho Projects. While there is much to be desired in modernizing the User Interface, we are finding it convenient to organize and store our project files here. One thing that would be handy is to be able to create a folder structure template that we can invoke when we create a new project. Mainly this will help us have consistent folder structures from one job to another. Having folder templates will also save time.
Manager Can't Edit Projects?
I'm a manager for an account and I can't seem to edit projects. Can't archive them, or bring them out of the archive. Also cannot start a new project. Has the privilege been taken away from managers? A few weeks ago I was able to create projects. I know the edit button should be next to the project name in the dashboard, but it's not showing up for me. Any help would be appreciated Dan

Print Kanban tasks
Why does the printing of the Kanban chart not show and print all the tasks, it only prints task on the first page ( and does not print any that are on the scroll down)? It prints only a screen shot and any data off the screen does not get printed.

Need option to make time tracking private from client users
Hi Zoho Staff, We're using Zoho Projects internally and more and more involving clients in access to the portal - but it looks like the client can always see Work Planned and Actual Time Log. This presents a problem, since we rarely bill hourly on projects and would like to track time only for internal use. Please advise if there is a setting I am missing, we need to be tracking our time more closely, but cannot share this on most of our projects if a client is involved. Thanks, Len --- Len Kamerman

First 2 hours each month not billable
