I usually have to log on to Zoho weekly, to make several exports of timesheets, download them and send them to different persons. Importing tasks into tasklist in Milestone
I've been trying to upload a csv file with tasklist names into a project with Milestones defined. However, even if I enter the tasklist name in the correct field, it will just create a new Task list and I have to move all tasks over into the correct tasklist. Is there a way to do it correctly? My tasklist is called 'Gonio' under the Milestone 'Testing'. Offline Usage
Do you have plans to explore options to use Zoho Project offline. I love it, but it presents issues that I cannot take my tasks with me when I am not connected to the internet on the road. I understand having all the documents and such available might not be possbile, but surely the tasks and milestones could be. I am thinking something with Google Gears. Please let me know. Multiple Owners and Users of Tasks
There must be a way to choose more than one owner or user of the Tasks, Task Lists, Milestones, etc - on a team, sometimes more than one person is responsible. In the drop down list - you shuld be able to select more than one item/person. Besides "Owner" , we should have the ability to "assign" tasks to others, but not just 1 or just all or just none - should be able to choose. Thank you! B
Cost per Hour for Users
Are there plans to bring user costing into Zoho Projects and then be able to integrate with Zoho Books. The feature is a great recent add to Zoho Books but can't be used in conjunction with Zoho Projects as is currently structured.

Is there any way to change a task's status directly from the Gantt view? ie without having to open the full details of the task It would save a lot of time if this could be done, eg added to the right-click menu or presented as an option when double-clicking

Hello Zoho team, It will be very nice if the Followers can be added/removed in a similar fashion as you can add/remove Owners in tasks. Right now it is hard because you have to open task by task, which it is too much work and very inefficient for the Project Manager. Dear all, I am very new to Zoho Projects and we are currently evaluating it for my company. One feature I cannot find is to set working time per user. I have configured business hours between 800 and 1600 (8 hour work day) so that I get a 40-hour week which looks very nice in the Resource Utilization view, but I have employees who does not work 40-hour weeks.
