Bugtracker : Can not change Project email alias
Hello, We have different projects in our Bugtracker but for one project we can not change project email alias. We don't get the box to edit the alias. I'm the owner of the project. Anyone has a solution? Thanks
Cannot activate free chat and page

add log time not working properly on firefox
Hi, before last update, with firefox I could do this: open a task go to the time log tab add as many log time as I wanted by clicking on the blue button 'add log time' After the update: - If I open the task with chrome, I can still add as many log as I want - If I open the task with firefox, I click on the blue button but nothing happens. Can you replicate it?

Kanban Task View: Horizontal Scroll and Chat
Looking at the Kanban task view, when the "Smart chat" bar is expanded you can't see the horizontal scroll bar. I think the scroll bar should jump up to being above the chat box. :) (Using Chrome 51.0.2704.103 at the moment if that helps.)

Closed/Completed Subtasks not hidden when setting task list to only show Opened tasks
The sub-tasks have been a welcomed addition to Zoho Projects. One thing I really hate though, if you have your task list set to only show Open tasks, after you complete/close a subtask, it is still visible. Any chance on this being fixed?
My Tasks scroll bug
On the "My Tasks" page with the Classic View, all of the different task lists start out expanded which I like. My issue is when I attempt to scroll down, it appears some Javascript is not allowing that and it instantly scrolls back up. My work around is to collapse the task lists on the top or move to a different view. Firefox 41.0.2 on Windows 10
Zoho Project - Dates in Timesheet Export are not in Date Format
When exporting the timesheet, the date column comes out as text, not as a date. You have to replace the hyphens with slashes so that Excel will recognize the values as dates. Would it be possible for Zoho to be modified to export the dates as actual date types?
Can't find Tasks?
Hello- we just purchased Zoho the enterprise version, for some reason I cannot find how to add/import a task. I have looked at the online documentation and there should be something call task under the dashboard icon but I do not see that as the admin. Under dashboard I have defect (bug) then milestones. Allow a start date without an end date...
I would love to have a start date without an end date on many of my projects. Ideally, such projects would then show on the calendar as a bar from their start date to today, on the Gantt chart as a bar from start date to today, and on all reports as projects in progress. The idea is to show that I have started a project, but it isn't done yet. I still need to save the time I started it though so it shows on calendar and reports as such.
Client Bug Reports, where are they|
Is it possible for Client users to view bug summary reports of any kind? Please let me know if this is available or planned functionality? Its very difficult for a client to gauge where the project is as it relates to bugs. Thanks Creig

Email updates (comments) to bug submitters not arriving
Dear Zoho, When I make a comment on a bug submitted by someone else, regardless of whether I tick the box "Send Mail Notification" or not, no email is sent to the user who submitted the bug. This is a really critical feature for us, to notify users to log into the portal and check the status of their issue. Am I missing something? Thanks, Chris.

Client users cannot email Bugs?
Hi, I am trialling this for bug tracking for some web sites we're building. it's great, but i found that when I set up a CLIENT usr, they cannot email bugs directly into the portal - it seems that only INTERNAL USERS can do this - but surely this feature is more applicable to clients? is there any way to enable this? Or am I doing something wrong? Thanks Andy
Bug ID not on Time Export. Can it be added?
Using ZOHO bug tracking, I am able to export a time sheet. However, this export does not include the Bug ID. Can that be added to the standard extract? Thanks
Trouble with project template editing
Hi, I tried to call customer support, but I couldn't get through. I have a few problems with editing project templates and I'm stuck. First, when creating a new project template, it says 'You have already created 20 active template(s) as per your Enterprise plan!'. However, with our plan this shouldn't be the case. Centrally Manage Bug Workflows
It would be good to have a feature so that bug workflows can be centrally managed and assigned to a project or Project Group. In the current set-up you need to go into each project and edit the workflow if you decide to change it and it is not convenient when have many projects. Hi, I have changed the layout to "fit to screen" in settings/personal settings/themes in order to use more of my screen. If I don´t use it zoho will just display in 1/4 of the screen in the middle on retina or 4k displays which is pretty much the standard now. I guess "fit to screen" should be the standard setting all over zoho to avoid making it very small in the middle of the screen and useless. The timer in zoho projects kanban view is not working
Hi, We upgraded our zoho projects to get the canban ability and also added bug tracker, but the timer stopped working properly. This happens in the kanban view. All the time. When the tab is not active the timer stops. This does not happen in classic view, but we need a better user interface then that.
Dropbox integration says account already exists
I am in projects. I go to documents. I go to dropbox. I click configure dropbox sync. the only option is configure new dropbox account. click that and a window opens asking for permission for the app to access it. agree and it says account already exists and only allows me to close.
Client Overview of All Projects in Bugtracker

Forum text being cut off by right sidebar -- cannot read or write forum posts

Cannot link a Zoho document with a bug. Why?
We've decided to use bugs rather than tasks to handle all of our team's assignments since they support agile better. Unfortunately it appears that currently there's no easy way to link a bug with a Zoho document that has already been added to the project documents. I think it's a serious oversight. A bug's attachments tab allows to upload local files but not to attach Zoho documents. It should do both.
No option to book time against a bug
When we go to book time against a bug, we click on the Log Hours tab, but there is no option to add hours to the bug?
Task comments no new lines
There is annoying problem with the task comments. There is no news lines and the whole comment is displayed on single line.
Why can't I move a bug from one project to another?
According to the help documentation, there should be a Cog Wheel next to a bug allowing me to Move it. But no, there isn't.
