Restricting permission levels and viewing rights of employees, contractors and clients
Hello I have heard that you cannot restrict the access rights for different types of users. For example if you want to restrict lower level employees seeing different content of a project. Or if client has access, they see EVERYTHING. We are thinking of changing to Zoho CRM and Zoho Projects, however we need to control some level of information. Could someone please confirm if this is possible? Also, can restrictions be placed on who see invoicing and payments? Hope to gain some feedback to help
Android ASAP add-on - User Auth issue
Hello, I am faced the issue while configuring user auth via JWT in my app. Regarding of Zoho Asap docs, and issue debbuging page, I am trying to authentificate my user in ASAP Zoho SDK inside my app. The issue is: I am always getting: Response from HttpUrlConnection {"error":"invalid_request"} Steps I did: 1. Enabled JWT in Zoho Desk settings. 2. Paste there my url, which generates JWT ( https://api-devel.dmates.io/api/zoho/jwt ). To get JWT from the request, it required the @Query user_token param

Move Milestone
The Directions for Moving a milestone between tasks does not seem to work. Can you provide some screen snapshots please? Move Milestone Move milestones between projects. Navigate to a milestone. Click on the relevant milestone and then click in the top left. Click Move. Select a project from the drop-down. Click Move Milestone. Milestones having tasks with invoiced time logs cannot be moved.
How to undo changes

It appears the ability to add a new task, bug etc. from right within gmail is gone with the new gmail. I am surprised not to see a bunch of posts in this forum asking when you will be releasing a new gmail add-on that works with Googles new gmail integration for addons. Being able to quickly add tasks and so on from gmail is one of Zoho's many strong features, I hope not to lose it. Yes I know you can email to a project but that is much different. Thank You
Hyperlink of the Predecessor and succesor Tasks
Hello, I have a suggestion which i think is very easy for your team to make it happen. When you look to a blocked task by a predecessor task or you look to the predecessor task what is next you have to copy-paste the title of the task to zoho projects search all modules tool to find them. You can make it a hyperlink to the task so we can find it with just a click. See image bellow I think that is something minor that makes the difference for advanced users thanks

4.0 - Default Feed to 'Activity Stream' instead of 'Feed'
Hi: Right now you can click Home (actually your logo as Home is not clickable) which defaults to Feed on the left menu. Then if you want 'Activity Stream' (which IMHO is better than the Feed as it shows all actions but nevertheless) you click the 'gear icon' to switch it. My question is if 'Activity Stream' can be set as default when clicking your logo and going to Home. I have searched this forum and help and cannot find a solution. Any help is appreciated.
UI issue in Zoho Projects - Upward arrow for expanding the "Add Description" content

Saving filters of projects
Hi! We are managing over 600 projects at the same time (+ we have 500 archived projects) and we have grouped them in almost 15 groups (1-4 groups per department). We have noticed big performance issues after exceeding 150 projects! Apart from that users complain that they have to filter projects every time they open a list of projects (in most cases each department would like to see only their projects -> maybe 100 projects instead of 600). Work Hours auto-population and validation
I am setting up the work hours functionality and i have one question and one suggestion. I can not set as mandatory the field and i can not do it not even in the blueprint. Is there any way to validate this field or is something out of standard fields? i checked a workaround via a custom field formula saying if work hours < 0.01 return 'work field is empty'. I would then take the value and use it for validation in my blueprint but this solution hit a wall on the auto-population from Duration hours

Files Organization and Management
I'm finding that managing files is difficult in Zoho Projects. There isn't 1 central "bucket" where all files live and can be referenced if they are uploaded inside a task or forum conversation. Has anyone found a great way to manage all files for a project without having to search through forums and tasks to find them? Relative Task Dates
Please consider adding the relative task date (or Reminder date, Start date etc, I mean all of the date types) type to date definitions. We require to set dates for specific report tasks which are normally defined as in a relative manner in our company such as "The last Thursday of each month". Be able to re-run a Task Export with current data
It would be great if a previously run Task Export, could be re-run again with current data. In effect this would allow the saving of a Task Export as a template. By re-running the Report, the Filters and Columns would remain, but the data in the export would be updated.

Zoho Projects - Google Drive Links
We are just starting to use Zoho Projects for Google Apps, and would love to see a nice Google Drive Integration. What we need isnt the same as a dropbox integration, that is - What we put in Google Drive should stay in Google Drive, not beeing converted to and from doc/xls-format. Importing from CRM to Projects
Hello, I have about 300 files in a custom module in our CRM. I was going to try and "project manage" these from the CRM, but they are just too advanced to be able to track the tasks properly. I have them all exported to a .CSV file, but can't for the life of me figure out how import them into Projects. It will only me to add tasks, not entire projects. Please help. I cannot find the thread but there was a comment from someone at Zoho many months ago that project Views would be seeing a big upgrade at some point with new functionality. How to export all the hierarchical project elements (project, milestones, tasklists, tasks)?
I am trying to export an overview in excel, with all hierarchical elements of a project. I managed to export a list of milestones, and also a list of tasks. But the tasks were just in a continuous list, without the assignment to a task list or milestone. Is there a way to export all the hierarchy? When googling, I saw that I should export from the project view, but that view does not give me the option export, just import... If this does not work, Zoho may not be the right choice for me. Disable all emails to clients
We do not want Zoho sending emails to clients without our explicit permission. Is there a way to disable all emails? For example, when I associate a project with a client, they get an email even though we have indicated that they should be opted out of all emails. Quite frankly, it is infuriating that the system is, essentially, sending spam to people just because we want to be able to track that they are associated with a project.
Gantt PDF Export Issue
It appears the formatting on the Gantt reports is not correct when exporting to PDF. In the image below, some of the columns become skewed using Chrome (version 80.0.3987.122) and Edge (version 80.0.361.62). Is there a workaround available or is this a known issue?
