Adding Multiple Task Lists to Milestones in bulk
Is it possible to add multiple tasklists (from tasklists template) to a milestone in bulk rather than adding each one individually? For example, I've created milestones named by month, ie Jan, Feb Mar, etc,. Tasklists templates are named TL #1, TL #2, TL #3. How to add all task lists in bulk to each milestone? So want to add under Jan milestone >TL#1, TL#2, TL#3 in bulk.
Start and End Date no longer required from main task dialog? Great!
When using the main task dialog it used to always force the user to enter a start and end date. Today I notice that is no longer the case. I hope that is purposeful and going to stay that way because it is an incredibly welcome addition!
Modify width of Name column in Projects tab?
Loving the custom views for the Projects tab. With the fields other than "Project Name", we can modify the field width. Is there a way to modify the width of "Project Name"? There's a lot of valuable space that is just "white space". It would be nice to be able to shorten this field so more fields display on the screen without scrolling. If this is not currently possible, I'd like to request this as an enhancement request. Thanks, Scott

Does anyone know how to manipulate a report? I need a simple spreadsheet of ALL tasks marked with a specific status. I don't want it tabbed out by project, i need everything on one spreadsheet. Project, Task List, Status.... Please help me :(

Project List Sub-Grouping & Sorting
Would it be possible to allow sub-grouping of projects in the Projects tab including sub-grouping by a custom field)? Also a default sorting? Hi folks, This is a real problems for me right now. I was setting up a new project type for managing our Zoho migration. I created a new issues layout for the project (zohobugs). This was based on the standard layout. As soon as I did that, the project's issues tag became unresponsive. Clicking on it results in no activity. Ability to filter via search criteria within Task and Calendar view (we use this for content publishing)
We rely on tags for a lot of tasks. Currently Zoho does not have this feature so we create our own eg. #pub (for publish). ie. We "tag" a task name #pub if it is to publish content on a given date. Divide Members into Teams?
I'm working on a big project and all the members are divided into teams, eg. Marketing team, PR team, Technical team etc. Is there a way I can divide everyone into teams so they can email/ communicate with each other and share files etc. easily? I just don't want tasks of one team to clutter up the space for the other team. I know I can divide them into projects, but then I won't have a comprehensive calendar for the whole project. What's the best way?
Zoho Forms to Projects?
Here is my intended workflow- I have a bunch of IT Projects that require info from the client. I would want to contact the client, tell them about the project, then mark that 'contact' task off in Projects. I want that 'task completion' to trigger an email to be sent to the client with the form link so they can fill it out, then the info to come back into Projects. Am I thinking about this the wrong way? Is there an easier way?

I've got a number of projects falling under project groups. Is there any way to report at this higher level (e.g. number of tasks completed in the project group, etc), or is it only possible at individual project level? Project associated with Deleted Client
I have 3 projects that were associated with a test client account I was using to explore the functionality of giving clients access to projects. The Client account I created has been removed (can't search in CRM to find it). But when I list projects "View by Client" the Missing Client Account appears on the list with the 3 projects listed. How can I dissasociate these projects from the dleted Client account?

Hi, I use Sharepoint as a repository for my documents. As there is no option to use it like Docs or Google Drive, I want to use as a workaround a link from the task (or Project) layout. Zoho Project unable to load tasks across zoho
Recently, I faced a weird issue in Zoho Project in which no task from any projects were able to get loaded. This brought a halt to my organisation operations as we manage everything from zoho projects. It took Zoho 3 days to fix the issue. Additionally, in Zoho analytics all the reports crashed and landed in trash as they were all connected with Zoho projects. This is disastrous. Did anyone else faced the same issue ?
