Add Options to Print Calendar or Export to PDF
Hi, I've used the Zoho Projects for a days. It would be great if Zoho Projects add options to Print or Export to PDF in Calendar Menu. If I manually print the calendar page using the default Chrome print. The print result will appear far from expected.
Convert tasklist w/ task to a tasklist template?
Hi, I found out one of our user created a tasklist with tasks which could be befenicial for other projects. As the list of tasks is rather long, I would like to have it as template. It would be nice to be able to convert my user tasklist as template. Ididn't the function if it exist ! Thanks
Gantt Chart Hide/Size Columns Needs Work
Screen real estate is a premium. The Gantt Chart seems to have no way to size, remove, add or reorder columns? For example, I want to see the task owner without scrolling right. Currently the Completed Date comes first with an over-sized column chewing up screen space, then comes the Owner. See example in attachment. We need to be able to Size, Remove, Add and Reorder Columns in the Gantt Chart Report. The above is a simple matter in MS Project.
Search Function doesn't seem to work
When using the search function in Zoho projects I feel like I must be missing something because any time I use it to search for task names, issues, or comments, I never get any results. I have never successfully searched for something and found it using the search function. In the included screenshot, I am searching for a task named 'Single Trip Groups'. No idea why it says no results found. What am I doing wrong?
Accessing a Custom Field when creating a Task with Zoho Projects API
We've created a custom field called Target Date through the Zoho Projects Portal, and are now trying to access that field with information I'm passing to it. First we thought just formatting it as a JSON string by hand would work, but it didn't so we looked into the structure more. When we get the project details of a task that already includes a Task Date, we get this structure: 'custom_fields' =>

Big Problem after Changing Bug-Ticket Layouts to Projects
Hey ZOHO-Team, we have just started to cleanup our old Bugtracker Layouts and merge them to just a couple of layouts. After that we have (of course) some "Status & Workflow" Entries which are not longer needed. So we start customizing them by deleting and matching them to other statuses. After finishing the cleanup we want to save this new Status Layout and ZOHO Projects Create atleast one closed status But we have of course a closed status as you can see attached. We are not able to save this.

Mentions not working in Project Channel
I've noticed that mentions (e.g. @username) don't work in the channel we have setup for projects. We've got Cliq integrated with Projects and in these channels, mentions don't work. They work fine in cliq-only channels.
Can't specify index and range for tasklogs.
I'm using the GET method of the Zoho Projects API to get the tasklogs of a specific task and I'm facing some trouble. It seems that tasklogs are not responsive to the "index" and "range" params, as its length is allways 99, no matter what values I pass to these params. Please kindly let me know how can tasklogs "range" param can be set. Global Project Timeline Gantt - Filter by Group
Hi, We have created groups for our projects, including for example, live and tentative projects. When viewing the global Project Timeline Gantt we need to be able to filter this to show by Group, for example, to be able to see only current 'live' projects or only 'Tentative' projects or only by client.
Zoho Projects: When searching, show option to “Open File in Location" or at least view location to see where it is filed
When using the search function in Zoho Projects, it would be really helpful to see where the file it located. At the moment, we can only click on the file to open it new browser tab, but we have no idea what folder it is located in, unless we manually open every folder to find it.
Custom Relatable Item
I am creating project templates for construction and have milestones with task lists with tasks. I would be nice to be able to create a custom item with custom fields for me to be able to create rooms and for the tasks, be able to relate which tasks go applied to the required rooms. Possibly a feature request or possibly a workaround? I tried issues, but that is not what I want to do as I want to use issues for issues. Thank you Jason Spicer
Tasks in Project Template not being populated in "New Project"
I'm creating projects from Template Projects that have Tasks pre-populated. When I perform the "New Project" action and use a template, the tasks are not being copied over from the template. I'm certain that there's a check box or setting that I need to enable to copy the tasks over from the template, but I'm not sure where or what it is. Please advise, thank you,
Editing fields from projects list view
Hi. In current design only admins can edit/archive projects (1) and change values in all displayed fields directly from the list of projects (2) - could you tell me why is that? From our point of view is absolutely something opposite to productivity... Our users are not admins and this functionality would make their work a lot easier. Could you improve that? Hi, I have customuized statuses for Tickets in Projects. But they are only applied to one single project. Do I really have to customize again for each project or can I make overall status adjustments for tickets in all projects? Best regards Camilla
Feature Request: Global Timer Search Enhancement
The global timer is great and the ability to search for specific tasks is great. But it would be greater if the search was also able to search project names - e.g. I could search for a project name and have the tasks that are part of that project show up.
Task templates for mobile app?
Is there plans for adding task and project templates to the mobile app? Many times I am at a jobsite with my phone or tablet and trying to create a project with tasks with the same kind of tasks that I have made templates for, but have to recreate all new tasks from my phone which is time consuming to retype the tasks with one finger on the phone.

Setting projects as tasks within other projects
Is it possible to set a small project, that would be paid for separately, as a task within another larger project? If working with multiple suppliers / customers to deliver different outputs that will be combined at a later date, it can be useful to combine all the separate projects into one 'master project'. Have checklists show on on main screen when clicking on the task without having to actually click on the tab 'checklists..' Otherwise, if a user doesn't click on the tab for checklists, the list could easily be missed.
Assign Client Without Giving Access to all Project Task lists
Is there a way to assign a client to a project task list with out giving them access to other tasks lists within the project. We are running around 10 projects teams who look after a specific task list (area). We don't want all project teams to be able to see or access other Task List and only see the Task List they have access to under the one Project. As far as I can see, with out that, We would be creating multiple projects by team for their specific task list. Not very user friendly. Thanks!
Project Start Date
I would like to have the ability to associate the Project Start Date with a specific task. Ex. What I consider to be my project Start date is actually in the middle of my project. All future tasks are dependencies and all past tasks are predecessors.
View All Projects and Manually Log Hours
Used Cases: 1. We want to be able to VIEW all the Projects and Tasks assigned to an individual in a single page when we click MY TIMESHEET > WEEKLY LOG TIME -- without a need to click the drop-down box and select Projects and Tasks assigned to an individual. 2. On point number 1 above, we should be able to manually log the hours by going into the column to log Time, selecting each row (each Tasks) without opening another screen to Log the Time.
Why are blueprints automaticly associated to new tasks
When I create a new task of any kind in a project, zoho is associating a blueprint to them. The blueprint doesn't have anything to do with the blueprint and the blueprint does not have any Criteria setup. Why is this happeingin and how can I stop it?
Can not bulk delete more than 5 TASKS
I can check multiple tasks (in the same tasklist) but when i push delete nothing happens. When i uncheck some tasks i can delete and i found that does not allow me to delete more tha 5 at once. Is this a feature? If yes it is a problem because i am now deleting in packs of 5 TASKS
z-Projects for organizing study?
Is anybody using z-Projects for study-projects? Not so much for "home-work", but rather for keeping track and organizing notes, progress, docs and next steps, etc. I would love to see examples and get inspiration/ideas on how to do this! (I am not a student or enrolled in a school, but an entrepreneur who needs to learn certain things for my business. So I'd like to gather sources of information, online courses, take notes and organize my approach & progress)
