Hi, Since today is not possible publish to Zoho Social using the Chrome extension. Works fine from the web, only from the Extension is not possible. When we click in "Publish now", nothing happends. The Chrome Dev console shows this error: "Uncaught TypeError: Reach.PublishPost.checkPostActionEdited is not a function at HTMLButtonElement.onclick (socialapp.do?action=posttemplatePE&browser=chrome:1)" Appesars to be a website/javascript issue. Why are the stats off in zoho social?
When I compare the stats that are on Zoho to the stats for Twitter Analytics as well as the stats for Facebook analytics, the numbers don’t correlate. Any particular reason? Four instance, on Zo ho, it indicates that I’ve only posted 62 post on Twitter for a 28 day. But when you contact pic Twitter Twitter says I posted 77 tweets. And the engagement rates are different.

Some time ago, i set a post to be recurring. Every 10 days or something, it posts the same post. Today, i'm trying to figure out how to edit that post, because i'd like to refresh it. I cant find it in scheduled posts, I can see past posts, but I don't think thats where to edit it. Seems like a really silly question, but where do I change this thing? Thanks!
Facebook won't connect
Good morning, Whilst I'm sure its something I've done wrong along the line I'm trying to connect a Facebook account to Zoho Social Upon entering the username and password the 'Connect Facebook' button appears to do some work then stops without any connection being established I've checked the business integrations on Facebook and Zoho is not appearing at all Can you help me with this at all? Can't post to Twitter on some brands
Hi I have just started using Zoho social and have setup 3 brands with multiple social media channels. One of the brands everything works fine but for the other two brands i cant seem to tweet anything and keep getting the message.... 'We couldn't tweet that. Please try tweeting after 5 minutes.' I have checked the accounts and they are not blocked, I can login fine to them. Any advice please? Thanks Pete
Can't connect Facebook page
Even though I am the ADMIN of this Facebook page it will not list the page to select it when trying to Connect To Facebook social account. https://www.facebook.com/gigglepets/ It's a business page. I am the owner and I am logged in properly to my facebook page. When I click to Connect to Facebook in your dashboard it only shows other pages and not the GigglePets page.

Zoho Social will not post to Instagram or Facebook
Posts won't publish to Facebook or Instagram for any user. Sites are connected. I have a large number of posts which are already scheduled and so don't want to disconnect/reconnect the channel. Is this temporary?

Issues Connecting Instagram Account
Greetings All - When I try to connect to an Instagram account it opens an Instagram Login window. I enter the user name, no problem. Try to enter the password and after typing one character the cursor jumps back to the end of the username. Anybody experience this or maybe know why it's happening? Or better yet how to fix it? Facebook follower count doesn't match FB Analytics
Hi all, I am wondering if anyone else has issues with follower counts for Facebook not matching FB's native analytics tool. On the Zoho dashboard, it's showing 1,007, but FB shows 1,060. All the other channels match up. Any insights are much appreciated! Thanks, Erin

Pre-publishing Post Approval
Is it possible to have posts published to draft and awaiting approval from an administrator account? So the scenario being a low permission user creates a post and sends that post for approval by a senior user (admin etc) allowing the admin the opportunity to check the content of the post prior to publishing.
Opening Retweets from Notifications for Liking and Engaging
When someone retweets my post, I get a notification. If I click it, my original tweet is displayed. Is it possible to instead open their retweet? That way, I can engage in the conversation on the other person deck, or at least like the retweet. Right now I cannot even go to the retweeter's profile. I have to open the Twitter, search for the retweetter, and then search that retweet to engage.

Hi, my Published posts for my personal LinkedIn page in Zoho Social is not sorting by date. My company Zoho Social LinkedIn Published page works fine and is sorting by date correctly. It's not a problem in my Buffer account for LinkedIn personal pages. Please check and fix. It doesn't seem to be a LinkedIn issue.
My LinkedIn Personal page Published Posts are randomly out of sequence.
When I opened the file today, the first post listed is from Jan. 2019 then go backward into 2018 for four posts, then one post from April, 2019, then a random post from 2018. Then they jump to one post from today, then the next post goes back two years. What is going on? My FB and Lkn company page are fine.

connecting my Company Linked in account to the Zoho social
Hi I'm trying to link our company account from Linked iN to the zoho social account The way hte linked in account is set up is like this. All 4 people in the company have a personal Linked in account, they then join the Company account as administrators But the company account does not have an email or password You simply click on your account then HOME and then the Company Page is a page that belongs to you.
