Instagram Constantly losing report
i encounter an issue that all my brand is constantly losing a data on graphic for instagram and facebook posts. for example this month, there's no post on May 3rd-11th on a graphic (while i constantly post every single day). this affects bad graphic on brand health and makes impossible to analyze. anyone encounter the same issue? and how to solve it? I am getting a notification - image isn't valid - when I try to post a horizontal image on Instagram.. however when I do it using native Instagram app, it is going through? Is it a bug with Zoho ?

Collaborate posts not showing
Whenever we type anything into a collaborate thread the text just disappears and doesn't post. We are completely unable to use the collaborate feature.

Feature Request: Bulk schedule social posts according to Queue
A really nice feature would be to provide a way to bulk schedule social posts according to the queue I've set up. Perhaps if the date field contains an asterisk, the post is scheduled for the next queue slot after the previous post.
Can't connect Instagram to Facebook to work in Zoho
I'm pulling my hair out here. I know this is not a problem with Zoho, really. But since Facebook provides absolutely NO support for their own products, I was hoping someone here can provide some insight or help. My Instagram account keeps disconnecting
I connected my Instagram to Zoho Social. A few minutes later, it says I need to reconnect it. I try reconnecting it and it does the same thing. I've even tried disconnecting the account and reconnecting it but still the same thing.
After changing Instagram's password the account won't reconnect.
We had to change our business Instagram password so we needed to reconnect Zoho to instagram. It brought me to the page to reconnect, I logged in, allowed the permissions and then an error popped up asking if i was sure this was for the same business brand. Disconnected Instagram to reconnect fully and it will not allow it. Pop-up says to wait while it loads, then brings me back to the social channels page and asks if i want to connect instagram.

zShare button takes me to Social Splash page not publishing
I access Zoho Social through my Zoho One subscription. I am using Firefox for Windows 10. I have the Zoho Social extension installed. When I click on the zShare button at the bottom of a photo I want to share it takes me to the general information page about the product and not the publishing page (see attached screen grab). This is despite me having my Zoho Social Dashboard open at the time in another tab. Can anyone help me with this? TK
Instagram: Best Time to Post is not working
I like seeing the data from my different pages. My Facebook and Twitter account show the "best time to post" but Instagram shows little to no data in that section. Is there a setting I can update to increase the data received? I know I am getting engagement with likes, but they are not reporting at all on Instagram. They are not even showing up in my notifications section.
