The "Rename Page" feature suggests incorrect name
The Rename Page function brings up a small dialog with the Page Name edit box pre-filled. It should be pre-filled with the current page name, so that it can be edited easily. Instead, it contains the current page name, but with all spaces replaced with hyphens. Apparently this is using logic applicable to setting a new URL or something. My bug-tracking id: GWZ1005
Does wiki have a "reading" mode distinct from "editable" mode?
Hi Folks, Is there a way to have the wiki pages display without the editing affordances (buttons, links, + signs) most of the time, even for members with edit permissions, and have a single button that enables those features for when the member really wants to edit the page, or add a page etc? All those edit features are visually noisy, distracting from the main point of a page, and they also encourage accidental clicks that could cause unintended damage. Thanks, - Graham
Menus at top of header crash on IE11
In IE, if you operate the Hamburger, Workspace or Wiki menus (at the top of a wiki page) more than once, they stop working (do nothing). You have to reload the page to get them to operate, again just once. IE F12 developer tools console shows the code throwing an exception at: var userDropDownMenu=$("zw-topdropdown");return userDropDownMenu? How to re-parent a page?
Folks: I see how to change the location of a page using the "site map" tree with drag-and-drop. However, if we accumulate a large number of pages, it will become impractical to move a page from one large branch to another far away on the tree. I looked for a page-level dialog which might simply allow to change the parent of a page but didn't find one. Did I miss something? Or is there some other method to reparent? Thanks! - Graham
Permissions panel: gratuitously confusing, and too-easily destructive
1. Ultimate confusion : The "Checked" state is a green check mark. The "unchecked" state is an orange-brown check mark. Ie: unchecked is represented by a check mark ! Status of Zoho Wiki
What is the status of Zoho Wiki? In reading some pother forum posts I see there are no planned new features or enhancements which isn't an issue for me. I would like ot know if Zoho wiki will continue as a product or will it go the way of Zoho Planner. In one forum post someone mentioned moving content from Zoho Wiki to Zoho Sites. Two completely different use cases, in no way can Zoho Sites replace Zoho Wiki. So I hope that Zoho does not have plans to kill Wiki and expect Sites to be a replacement.

Not able to login to Wiki
The last several weeks I am having problem logging into the Wiki platform to update our content. While it works on Mondays - Friday, recently every weekend I can't login. The login keeps going back to the opening page of the Wiki. I have tried using Chrome, Firefox, and Opera but none can login whereas on Monday it works without any issues. Is the Zoho team doing maintenance on weekends and taking the login server offline? It can't be coincidence that every weekend I have the same problem.
Permissions dialog not working
I have been trying to update the wiki permissions in my Club50001 wiki and I just get the 'Loading...' message and nothing else happens. Same when I try to select support, by the way. I am using Chrome.

Unable to embed video in Zoho wiki knowledge base
Regardless of how I embed the video, the code is truncated. I have discussed this issue with Zoho tech, and Iframe supposedly poses a security threat. Public access not working
I have two web sites, XSDetect.com and Club50001.com, which use Zoho Wiki pages in a frameset. Both sites have home pages which are supposed to be open to the public, so the Wiki home page, which shows by default in the frameset, has public access permissions while some of the linked wiki pages are restricted. Recently both sites have stopped working because Zoho is challenging everyone for an ID regardless of the fact that only a public-access page is being displayed. Any ideas?

Page and subpage Order
Anyone know how to amend the order of my pages and sub pages in the wiki? If I add a new page it is listed underneath the previous one that was added but I want it to show as the first option. Any ideas?

What I'd like to do is set up categories within a wiki and each category would contain its own info (in sub pages). As I'm planning my wiki I'm thinking in terms of categories so here's what I'm trying to figure out: I know the "Navigate pages" section lists all pages and sub pages in what might be considered a categorical fashion. I am creating a bilingual wiki and need to know what Zoho Wiki capabilities are before I design the structure of the wiki. Ideally, I would create one large wiki with pages in English and duplicate pages in French. When a French end-user comes to the wiki they would have option of changing the UI to French and reading the French content only. When an English end-user comes to the wiki they would have the option of changing the UI to English and reading the English content only. Is this possible?

Lucid Charts with Zoho?
Other than visio, lucid charts is the best diagramming tool out there. But i cannot insert any of the diagrams in the wiki or connect them automatically without some ridiculous manual effort. They're also not interactive once inserted. This creates a very bad situation where all information we generate on charts must be manually inserted into the wiki, and change control is now a nightmare. Is there any way we can insert lucid charts directly into the wiki or integrate them somehow??? -J
Howto multiple tag search
Is there a possibility to do a multiple tag search so that all documents that have these tags are listed out? The search window below the tag cloud seems only to work with one tag. If I write more than one tag into this search box (i.e.: tag1 tag2 ) the search interprets them as one big search tag and cannot find any tagged page. It would be helpful to search across the pages by more than one tag!

Removing "Image preview" from images with links.
Hi all, I'm currently enjoying setting up my first wiki page. All is going well apart from one niggling problem. I have added links to a series of images that link to other wiki pages, however when i like the image it displays an "image preview" prior to loading the link. Is there a way of disabling this?
