Permalinks to pages of text documents
For example, I loaded in Zoho Docs my book. I want that direct links on pages of the book were possible. For example, page 4 → https://docs.zoho.com/file/9ustl0ebab1b5e94745b6a5cc656051b3e8d0#4, page 14 → https://docs.zoho.com/file/9ustl0ebab1b5e94745b6a5cc656051b3e8d0#14 and so on. Thanks.
Zoho Writer adds support for 13 additional languages!
We are always improving ourselves to stay abreast of the user requests. Today we’re excited to announce that Zoho Writer now supports 13 additional languages. The localized versions of the word-processor currently supports 16 languages including English, Spanish, French and Japanese. Double Spacing
A rather important feature I'm seeing missing in Zoho is the option to change spacing.
Projects Documents: Is there a way to link to a Google Doc vs, Importing it?
In the Document Section of Projects I know there is an option to IMPORT a copy of theGoogle Doc, however by doing so, the imported Google Doc will not be in sync with the original document in Google. Is there a way to just Import a link that points to the file in Google Docs? The user could then just click on the link to view or edit the actual Google Doc ?
Undesireable clutter in Writer: The "ruler" -- don't default ruler to 'on'. Allow user to turn ruler 'on/off'
Zoho Writer suffers from 'clutter syndrome' -- too many buttons and bars and distractions.... i.e. clutter. Please, on behalf of humans all over the world that might try to use Zoho Writer (and other apps), allow the user to turn off unwanted visual elements. Upload latest version error
Since the new document management, i have an error when i want upload a latest version. I have the message "the document format does not match", it's a traduction on my screen i have in French "le format du document ne correspond pas". Thanks for your help
Document Upload New Version Issue
Using the document module within Zoho Projects. After recent change, whenever we upload a new version of an existing file, the upload seems to hang -- no error message, and new version of file does not upload. Thanks!

Lost all spreadsheets in a folder

Problems cutting and pasting text in Opera
When using Writer with Opera, it's impossible to cut and paste text. Trying to do so will result in pasting a blank, so apparently the buffer is empty. Copying works fine though.
Zoho Writer new version has removed my work.
Hi, as the title says I have clicked the new version of Zoho Docs while editing my Document it then went to re-load the page and left me with a white screen. Locking a spreadsheet when lock is grayed out
Trying to lock a spreadsheet but the lock icon is grayed out even though I'm the owner of the spreadsheet. Any assistance is much appreciated.
New Version Fail!
Okay so I tried the new version and its crap! I cant read any of my documents I cant start a new document nothing! I have tried everything to make it so I can read my documents...I tried syncing to my computer and using another source to read and all I get is a stupid URL that by the way doesn't work either way! I tried to return to the former version and go figure there is no spot for it...I would really like to go through the docs I have on here only I cant. I would really like an answer ASAP please
New version of Docs Writer
I clicked on new version and a greyed out document with vague buttons at the top showed up. Nothing happens when you click on the file button or others. I can not now see how to go back to the old version. Using on Windows explorer

Write 3 - custom CSS styles for h1, h2 etc
Hi, In previous versions, you could insert custom CSS styles, but it seems this feature has gone missing in writer 3? Is it hidden? It seems strange that this features gone, and it's the only good way of setting up a document to accurately 'brand' it to specific to fonts, colours, sizes etc Jon

When you read what just happened to me, you will know why Zoho Docs doesn't seem like a reliable option for your information.
I really believe that a software must keep information safe, even more important when we are talking about sensitive information. Hello, I have not seen anyone ask this specifically yet. Have you made plans to add the font "Edo SZ" to our font choices? I understand that it's not a very professional font, but as an author of the horror and mystery genres, it adds a nice touch to my stories. Zoho writer - interface with editor on the right
I haven't used Zoho for years, but I recall a better interface, as described here : "document listing on the left, editor on the right, multiple documents as tabs, etc" That - the editor on the right, is what I liked about it compared to Google Docs. Now I see, docs open in a brand new browser tab instead right on the main page. I'd love to have, nay I need, that productivity enhancing feature back! File Download Links
Hi, I am using the " download links " for the files I uploaded to zoho. I am trying to use the links to place a download link at my website. Issue is , whenever the link is clicked , the files open in zoho show. What I want is the download option to appear. Any help is appreciated.
Can create new document, but can't enter text!
The subject says it all: today when I logged into Zoho Docs I found that I could successfully create a new document, but I can't enter any text in it. My cursor doesn't appear in the document and typing doesn't appear, and I can't paste anything. I don't know what's going on - I use Zoho docs regularly and this has never happened before. Does anyone have any suggestions?? Thanks!
Sorting options
Hi, This is a suggestion but also a kind of request. I was wondering if it was possible to add any further type of sorting documents. For example, it would be very useful sorting by alphabetical order or by date (written in the name of the folder), from oldest to newest. problem displaying / editing speadsheet on zoho mobile
i've been sharing spreadsheets for online editing for a while on desktop. now i wanted the files to be accessible on phones. but when i load the file from mobile.zoho.com onto my smartphone (it uses firefox OS) it just displays the top left corner of the sheet and cannot be shrunk or expanded. so it is useless on mobile. how can i solve the problem? thanks for your help!

Im having a problem understanding where my template is filed. I have created a document and saved as template - Called letterhead When I wish to create a new document based on this template I get presented with a number of versions to choose from. Firstly I don't know which is the current version, secondly they are not in my Templates folder, which if they were I could delete the old ones Please advise

Slow copy and paste in zoho docs
For awhile now, every time I copy and paste in zoho docs, there is a 10-20 second delay. Anything else I do will happen almost instantly. This is causing work to be deleted and missed and tons of issues. It is happening on all of my docs. It only does it for copy and paste. It is also much worse on google chrome than safari. I'd like to know better Zoho world. I'm a member of an italian society and we are interested in a file manager to file our documents. Actually what we need is Zoho docs, I suppose. Unfortunately, I haven't understood how it works. Does every section have a pricing plan? Hello, When I attempt to use Zoho Sheets in the Project Documents folder, the option to create a Form is unavailable. How do I enable this to match the Zoho Docs capability?

Problems accessing the Documents in the Doc Module
All my users are having problems accessing Documents and downloading them. This is causing quite a few problems. Users are accessing Zoho from separate networks and no problem for any users accessing the internet so my guess is a problem Zoho. Please can someone help us
