2Checkout Payment Integration
Super Admins and Admins can enable payments via 2checkout. Managers & Staff will not have access to this information.
Zoho Bookings facilitates service enablers or service providers to collect payments through
2checkout.
Info: This integration requires an account with 2checkout. Also, make sure that 2checkout services are available in your region.
Payments through 2checkout can be set up by following the steps below:
- Configure Payment Gateway
- Collect Payments on Bookings
We have used the currency as Brazilian Pezo (BRL) for the illustration.
-
Click
Integration on the top right corner of the menu panel, then click
Payments on the left side panel. You will find
2checkout listed under the
Connections Available section.
-
Hover over
2checkout and click
Configure.
Note: Make sure that your location is in supported 2checkout's list of countries and the currency that you have set for your account under Basic Information (screen above) is the same as that of your 2checkout account.
-
A pop up appears asking information to connect to 2checkout. Fill in the
required details and click
Setup.
Note: Changing your currency here will also change your existing currency preferences under general settings. Make sure that that the currency that you have set for your account under Basic Information (screen above) is the same as that of your 2checkout account.
-
2checkout is now enabled as a payment provider.
Note: In order to receive payments, Online Payments must be enabled.
-
Click the Online Payments toggle button and change the status to "Enabled".
Note: At any give point in time, only one of the available payment gateways (listed above) can be configured. If a new payment gateway is set up while another is already active, the old one would be disabled.
