Adobe Sign for Zoho BugTracker
The Adobe Sign extension for Zoho BugTracker provides users with the
e-signature function required to quickly complete approvals and
agreements. With this extension, you can send agreements, view their
signing status, and even revoke the agreement without leaving Zoho
BugTracker. The quick turnaround time in processing your agreement helps
provide effective service to your users.
Installing the extension
- Navigate to
> Marketplace > All.
- Search for and click Adobe Sign for Zoho BugTracker.
- Click Install to proceed to the installation.
- Agree to the terms of service, and click Install.
- Under the General section, select the profiles, projects, and users you want the extension to be shared with.
- Agree to the terms of use.
- Click Install Extension.
- Click Authorize.
- Sign in with your Adobe Sign credentials.
Sending agreements from Zoho BugTracker
You can use the Adobe Sign extension to send agreements to your users
and have them sign their e-signature, all in Zoho BugTracker.
- Open a project from the list.
- Click the More icon (
) on the left band.
- Click Adobe Sign Extension.
- You will be taken to the History page.
- Click Send Agreement. The Send Agreement page will open.
- Choose the agreement to share.
- Enter the agreement recipient's email address.
- Enter the Agreement name.
- Set the Expiration for the agreement, if needed.
- Set the Reminder time for the user, if needed.
- Add the signature fields, if necessary.
- Click Send.
Viewing sent history in Zoho BugTracker
- Open a project from the list.
- Click the More icon (
) on the left band.
- Click Adobe Sign Extension. You will be taken to the History page, where the status of all the agreements shared so far will be displayed.
- Click Cancel to withdraw an agreement that has been sent.
- Enter the reason for revoking it, and click Revoke.
Uninstalling the extension
- Navigate to
> Marketplace > All.
- Click Installed.
- Click Adobe Sign for Zoho BugTracker.
- Click Uninstall.
- The extension will be uninstalled, and all associated data will be lost.
