The DocuSign extension for Zoho BugTracker provides users with the e-signature functionality required to quickly complete approvals and agreements. With this extension, you can send documents, view their signing status, and even revoke the document without leaving Zoho BugTracker. The quick turnaround time in processing your documents enables you to provide effective service to your customers.

Installing the extension

1. Navigate to  > Marketplace > All.
2. Search for and click on DocuSign for Zoho BugTracker.
3. Click Install.
4. Agree to the terms of service, then click Install.
5. Under the General section, select the profiles, projects, and users you want the extension to be shared with or given access to.
   
   

6. Agree to the terms of use.
7. Click Install Extension.
8. Click Authorize.
9. Sign in with your DocuSign credentials.
   

   

Sending envelopes from Zoho BugTracker

You can use the DocuSign extension to send envelopes to your customers and have them sign them, all in Zoho BugTracker.

1. Open a project from the list.
2. Click the More icon (  ) in the left band.
3. Click DocuSign Extension. You will be taken to the History page.
   

   

4. Click Send Document. The Send Envelope page will open.
5. Choose the envelope to share.
6. Enter the email address to whom the envelope is to be sent.
7. Enter the email subject.
8. Set the Expiration for the document.
9. Set the Reminder time for the customer.
10. Click Send.
11. Click Yes if you want to be taken directly to the signature location in the document.
    • The document will open in a new pop-up.
    • Otherwise, click Send Anyway.

Viewing sent history in Zoho BugTracker

1. Open a project from the list.
2. Click the More icon (  ) in the left band.
3. Click DocuSign Extension.
   • You will be taken to the History page, where the status of all the previously shared envelopes will be displayed.

4. Click Revoke to withdraw an envelope that has been sent.
5. Enter the reason for revoking it and click Revoke.

Uninstalling the extension

1. Navigate to  > Marketplace > All.
2. Click Installed.
3. Click Checklist for Zoho BugTracker.
4. Click Uninstall. The extension will be uninstalled, and all the associated data will be lost.
