What happens when the contacts' count in a sync exceeds the contact limit of my current subscription plan?
If you have Auto-Upgrade turned on and Zoho CRM is synced with Zoho Campaigns, all contacts from the selected module will be synced to Zoho Campaigns, even if it exceeds your subscription plan. The adjustment in your subscription plan will be reflected in the upcoming billing cycle. You can view how to enable or disable Auto-Upgrade here.
- Users under the free plan or the old pricing plan model should upgrade their account manually to complete the sync if their account reaches the contact limit while syncing.
- CRMPlus and Zoho One users should also upgrade it manually.
- This is not applicable for the Pay-as-you-go users.
