I am the Standard Admin for the Zylker Campaigns account. I would like to allow designers to access only Library module. How can I do this?

You can create a custom role with name 'Designer' and assign the necessary privileges for that custom role,

Open the Roles and Privileges under Users and Control.
Click Add and select Role.
Enter the Role Name and click Add.
Assign privileges and click Save.
