Yes, you can customize the unsubscribe forms for opt-in and imported contacts. The steps to customize the Unsubscribe form are:

From the Navigation toolbar, click Settings.
Select Signup Pages and Emails option under Customization.
Choose one of the options under Unsusbcribe which you want to customize.
Click the Edit icon in the top right corner of the preview.
