Add a field to a form

  1. Open the component pane as shown below, then select the required form. Its Design page will appear.
  2. Hover the mouse on the form's preview, then click Open Builder. The form builder will open.

  3. Drag and drop the required field from the field palette displayed on the left. You can also double-click on a field to add it to the form.

Zia field suggestions

Zia, Zoho’s intelligent assistant, helps you add relevant fields to your form quickly. By understanding your form’s context, Zia recommends suitable fields thereby enhancing your overall form-building experience.
  1. Click the Zia icon in your form builder to show or hide field suggestions. A list of relevant fields will be suggested by Zia.

NotesNote: Zia field suggestions will be available only when Zoho GenAI is selected for your Creator account. Ensure that Zoho GenAI is chosen as your vendor and Next Fields Suggestions is enabled. Learn more
 

  1. Double-click or drag and drop the required field from the list of suggestions.

  2. Click the re-generate icon at the end of the suggestions list to generate new recommendations. You can click the delete icon beside the added field to delete that field from your form.
