Export options

Export options


DataPrep offers a wide range of export options. Your data can be exported to BI tools, cloud storage services, cloud databases.  They can also be downloaded as files in different formats.

To export your dataset

1. Click on the Export icon in the top bar in the Studio  page and select Export now. 



2. The Ruleset which has been applied to the sample data will now be applied to the entire dataset.



3. Next, the data quality results will be shown. You may choose to select the  Refine further  option and improve the data quality of your dataset.  This will take you back to the Studio page  where you can work on the data quality of your dataset.
   


     


















4. Select Continue to export to proceed with exporting your dataset. You can select one of the following categories or search the required export option
  1. Zoho Analytics
  2. Files
  3. Cloud storage
  4. Cloud databases
  5. Zoho Analytics
  6. Zoho CRM
  7. Saved connections
