Export data to Zoho Analytics

You can export the refined data to data analytics tools such as Zoho Analytics.

To export data to Zoho Analytics

1. Click the Export now option from the Export menu in the Studio page.

2. You can search for Zoho Analytics under the All destinations tab or filter it using the Zoho Apps category, and click on it.

3. You can choose to include columns containing personal data by selecting the Include columns with personal data check box.

4. Choose the Organization and Workspace to which you want to export your dataset.

5. Click Export.

6. You may choose to run the export in the background by clicking the Run in background button.

7. You will be notified if the export is in-progress and when the export is completed via notification in the notification panel.

8. Once the export is complete you can choose to schedule the export by clicking the Configure schedule link.

Note:

1. The rows whose values match their respective data types will be exported.

2. Rows with data type mismatch are not exported and error details will be notified through mail and in the notification panel.

3. Datasets containing invalid data cannot be exported to analytics. Please make sure the dataset does not contain invalid values before scheduling export to Zoho Analytics.

To schedule data export

You can schedule data export using the Schedule export option.

1. Select the Schedule export option from the Export menu in the DataPrep Studio page.

2. Click the New schedule button to create a new schedule for export.

Note: You can also pause or resume, edit, share, and delete existing schedules from here.

3. Select a Repeat method (Every 'N' hours, Every day, Weekly once, Monthly once). Choose a time to repeat (i.e. set a frequency) using the Perform every option and your Time zone.

4. Click Next and choose Zoho Analytics in the side pane.

5. You can choose to include columns containing personal data by selecting the Include columns with personal data check box.

5. Choose the Organization and Workspace to which you want to export your dataset.

6. Click Export.
