Error creating an appointment - The chosen service resource has taken time off

Error Encountered


Reason 

One or more of the Service Resources (field agent or crew) you want to assign to the service appointment have taken time off.

Resolution 

You can try one of the following options:
  1. Remove the service resources who have taken time off.
  2. Change the Scheduled Start Date Time and Scheduled End Date Time to a time when the service resource you want to assign is available. You can find the availability of the service resource in either the Gantt or Calendar view of the Dispatch Console.
