Zoho IoT Sign-up, Sign-in, Sign-out

Welcome to Zoho IoT! Congratulations on considering Sign Up and taking the first step towards revolutionizing your business with our cutting-edge Internet of Things platform. With Zoho IoT, you're taking off on a journey to harness the power of connected devices, data analytics, and automation, and more, to drive efficiency, innovation, and growth.

This document outlines the steps to sign up with Zoho IoT and continue your journey of building your own IoT application.

Sign Up/Sign In for Zoho IoT

When considering signing up for and accessing Zoho IoT, you might fall into one of the following cases. Follow the provided steps for each case to begin creating the Zoho IoT portal and application.

Case 1: If you are not yet a Zoho user, follow the steps below.

Go to Zoho IoT's homepage.
Enter your details, then click SIGN UP FOR FREE.

3. You will be redirected to the Zoho IoT's portal creation form.

Flow : Sign Up >>>> Portal Creation form >>>> Create Portal >>> Click Create IoT App >>> Create Application

Case 2: If you are an existing Zoho user (but not signed into Zoho account currently) and you are new to Zoho IoT, follow the steps below.

Go to Zoho IoT's homepage,
Click SIGN IN.
Provide your Zoho credentials, then click Create Portal.

You will be redirected to the Zoho IoT's portal creation form.

Note: You will be redirected to Zoho IoT's application page if you are associated with any application. Here as you are new to Zoho IoT you will be redirected to portal creation form. Refer to the Working with Applications document for more details.

Flow (if application is not created/associated) : Sign In >>>> Portal Creation form >>>> Create Portal >>> Click Create IoT App >>> Create Application

Flow (if application is associated) : Sign In >>>> Redirected to Default Application/Portal (whichever is set as default).

Case 3: If you are an existing Zoho user and Signed In (Zoho account active in the browser session), follow the steps below.

Go to Zoho IoT's homepage,
Click ACCESS ZOHO IOT.

You will be redirected to the Zoho IoT's portal creation page.

Note: If any Zoho IoT application is available and is set as default, you will be redirected to this default application.

Portal & Application Creation

By following any of the above procedure, you will be redirected to the Portal Creation form if no application is available, or if you are not associated to any application. Alternatively, if an application is available, and you are associated to one or more applications, you will land in a default page. This can be portal or application page whichever is configured as default.

Sign Out of Zoho IoT

To sign out of your Zoho IoT application portal,

Open your Zoho IoT application account on a web browser; click on your profile picture in the top-right corner of the screen.
The account details will be displayed in a panel.
Click Sign Out link to sign out of the application and you Zoho account.
