Notebook for Business
Notebook for Business is extensively crafted for Business users and their use cases. With this plan, you get:
1 TB storage up to 10 users
Notebook Business gives you an enormous 1 TB storage plan for all your notes which is applicable for up to 10 users.
100 GB storage for each Seats purchased
Along with the extensive storage, you can add another 100 GB for each seat you purchase within the plan.
Notecard size up to 200 MB
With each notecards that can contain up to 200 MB, avail the benefit of adding notes with any structure or styles and not worry about its size.
Increased File size limit up to 1 GB
Each file you add, contains an increased limit up to 1 GB where you can now have any large files on the app.
To do this,
- Open the app
- Tap the 'Attachment' icon and choose any respective file with in 1 GB.
Priority Support
Tired of sending emails and tracking them? To get your queries/issues resolved instantly, you can now directly chat with us or call us on our dedicated phone line to get quick assistance.
It's simple. To get help,
- Go to the app's Settings/Help & Feedback.
- Select 'Chat with us' or 'Call Us'.
You could also visit our Notebook Knowledge Base, go to our Notebook Community or drop a mail to support@zohonotebook.com to get your queries solved and track the status of your tickets by tapping 'My Tickets'.
Share Notes and Notebooks between users within an Organisation
You can now have the flexibility of sharing notes and notebooks within teams and collaborate among colleagues to add any insights in our multi-centric notes.
1. Notebook Sharing with Read-Only
Share a Notebook by adding any collaborator with a permission of "Read-Only" access who cannot modify.Note: This feature is free for all the Organisational account.2. Notebook Sharing with 'Write' and 'Delete' access
Share any Notebook to colleagues along with 'Edit' and 'Delete' access who can make any changes to the Notebook to which they're invited to.
Share Notes at Organizational level
Trying to publish any idea/thoughts to entire Organization? With this feature, you get to share any note across your Organization. To enable this, open a note, go to 'Share' option and select 'Share with Organization'.
Note Activity History
Keep track of all the activities made inside a note with our 'Activity History'' feature. With this, you can see all the relevant actions like creation, modification, collaboration and deletion, made to the note from the time you add one. To see this, open a note, go to 'More' and select 'Note Activities'.
Microsoft Teams and Slack Integration
By utilizing integrations, you combine better features and simplify the process of being more productive. With this plan, you can integrate Notebook with Microsoft Teams and Slack. To know more about it, please refer below:
Admin Controls to manage Users and Storage
Manage access controls for users and allocate their storage with a designated Control panel on the app within the organization.
Email-In Notes
Now, you can simply forward the email to add@notebook.app and move on. Notebook will automatically fetch those emails, parse the content and save it as notes. And all these happen instantly. Notes are added under the account created with the email address the forward emails come from. Associate more email ids to your Zoho account within the app and start forwarding from those email ids to save your emails as notes.

Custom Recurring Reminders
Some tasks need repeated reminders. With custom recurring reminder feature, you can create your pattern of recurrence. You can create repetitive reminders on any particular day, week, month or year.
Scan Tables and Documents:
You can point & shoot the documents and business cards using their mobile camera to create Document cards and Contact cards. Additionally, you can also scan tabular data and insert them as editable data inside the notecard.
Extract OCR
OCR allows you to scan the documents, converts them to text for selective languages with the help of OCR technology and allows you to edit the content within. This OCR content syncs across all your devices and are searchable too.
To do this,
- Open 'Camera'.
- Select 'Document'. Once scanned, select 'OCR'.
- You can also make changes to this by tapping 'Edit'.
1000 versions of notecard
With Business plan, you have access to 1000 versions of a note card. You can revert to any version anytime.
To get into note's versions:
Open the note card which you want to restore to its previous state.

Audio record duration up to 1 hour

You can avail the benefit of recording an audio for up to an hour. The recording can rather be inside a text note or as an Audio notecard
To do this,
- Tap/Click on the '
' icon directly from the Home screen
(Or)
- Open a text note and get into 'Edit' mode
- Tap '+' from the toolbar and select 'Record Audio'
Flight Card
Emails you receive when you book a flight is always messy. With Flight Card feature, Notebook parses the ticket details and creates a beautiful Flight Card for you.
This contains all the necessary information about your Journey details. To do this,
- Open your ticket email
- Forward the email to add@notebook.app

Premium Covers
You can now personalise your Notebooks with premium covers that are hand-crafted by our in-house artists.
Simply swipe a Notebook towards left and select 'Info'(or hover the Notebook to Info) to see a grid of newly added premium covers to make any Notebook present good.
Adding note as widget
With Notebook Pro, you get to add To-do notes(Android) and Text notes(iOS) as widgets. To add this:
Android - Long press Home Screen > Widgets > Notebook - Todo
iOS - Hard press a text note > Add to Widget
Smart Tags
With our Smart Tags, Notebook suggests you with some readymade tags based on your content. This lets you choose one easily and keep track of 'em.

Smart Search
What more could help you than showing a smart result when you search for notes? With our Deep Search function, you can now search for objects and texts within the images, texts within PDFs, and pull up all the associated notes and Notebooks based on your keyword.
Export as PDF
Notes should always be portable which can be easily shared and printed. With this feature, the app captures all the elements of your text notes by converting it as PDF.
