What are Quick Actions?
An admin's role is vital in an organization, but there are some parts of the job that are repetitive and mundane. The everyday routine of adding users, assigning groups, and dealing with forgotten passwords can soon begin to feel like a chore.
Quick Actions can help you be more productive while performing repetitive tasks such as adding users and resetting passwords. The Quick Actions menu ( 
) is accessible throughout the Zoho One Admin Panel and can be used to perform the following tasks with a single click:
Furthermore, the latter four actions can be done simultaneously for multiple users. This not only saves time, but also enables you to take immediate actions (like resetting passwords and MFA for the entire organization) if you feel your organization's security may be at risk.
While performing sensitive actions, admins will need to periodically re-authenticate.
