Employee Engagement - User Service
Overview
Employee Engagement - User Service for employees is a space where all the surveys created by your organization that are applicable to you are listed. You can participate in surveys, view your responses, and track their status. You can view the reports of specific surveys that are shared with you.
Purpose: The surveys conducted by your organization aim to collect insights, feedback, and data to enhance different areas of the workplace and improve employee satisfaction.
To access the surveys, navigate to Employee Engagement > My Data > Surveys. The surveys applicable to you are organized as follows:
- All: All surveys that are applicable to you are listed.
- Pending: Surveys that you have not yet been responded to are listed.
- Completed: Surveys that you have completed are listed.
- Expired: Surveys that are unanswered and have expired are listed.

Survey types:
- eNPS Survey: The Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) is a single-question survey that measures your satisfaction on a scale of 0 to 10.
- Engagement Survey: An extensive survey designed to measure your engagement and satisfaction levels in your organization, containing multiple questions.
You can use the search and filter option to quickly find specific surveys.
Steps to Submit Your Survey Response
You can only respond to a survey before it expires, to answer a survey:
No one can view your identity if the survey is anonymous or if you have submitted your response anonymously.
- From your home page, navigate to Employee Engagement > My Data > Surveys and select Pending.
A list of surveys yet to be responded are listed. - Click on the survey you wish to respond to.
The survey details will be displayed.

Click Start Survey to begin the survey
For eNPS Survey: Provide your feedback and click Submit.
For Engagement Survey: Read the survey introduction and click Enter Feedback to proceed and complete the survey.
Depending on the survey identity preference set by administrators, your responses may be anonymous, you can choose to reveal your identity, or it may be disclosed mandatorily.You can also respond to a survey from feeds, notifications and dashboard. For more information, refer to
Answering a SurveyView Your Response on Completed Surveys
Zoho People allows you to view your responses to the surveys you have completed.
- Navigate to Employee Engagement > My Data > Surveys and select Completed.
- Hover over the survey you wish to view and click My Response to see your response.
You can select the period to view your past responses for recurring surveys. If your response is anonymous, you will not be able to view your response.
