Automation in the HR Help Desk allows you to enable or disable notifications sent to agents and case requestors about the HR Help Desk request status. You can also configure advanced automation tasks, such as creating a workflow for email alerts and performing custom functions. Additionally, you can configure email and letter templates and view workflow logs.

To enable or disable HR Help Desk notifications:
From your home page, navigate to Settings > HR Help Desk > Automation.
Select Agent or Requester notification which you would like to enable or disable.
On the status section click on the toggle button on the respective notification to enable or disable it.
You can select the recipients from the dropdown to notify either Current agent or All agents involved in the case request.
