Cases - Enable or Disable Notifications

Enable or disable the notifications that are sent to Agents and Case requestors about the case status.

To enable or disable notifications:
  1. From your home page, go to Settings > View all > Cases > Automation.
  2. Select Agent or Requester notification which you would like to disable.


  3. On the status section click on the toggle button on the respective notification to enable or disable it.

You can select the recipients from the dropdown to notify either Current agent or All agents involved in the case request.
