You can cleanse the CSV, audio, and video files in ResearchStudio before analyzing them to generate accurate insights and reports.
Steps to cleanse CSV files
- Upload the CSV file to Zoho ResearchStudio.
- Hover over the CSV file and click More and choose Edit from the list of options displayed.
- In the spreadsheet editor that opens, make the necessary changes to the data.
- Click Close in the top right corner and click Save in the Info dialog box to save the changes.
Steps to cleanse audio and video files
- Upload the audio or video file to Zoho ResearchStudio.
- Once the file is uploaded successfully, a transcript of the file will be automatically generated. You can access the transcript by opening the audio or video file.
- Hover over the transcript text you wish to cleanse, and click the Edit button. Update the transcribed text accordingly and click the green tick icon to save the changes.
