Modules and Records Summary

Introduction

The Modules & Records Summary section in RouteIQ settings provides administrators with complete visibility into integrated modules and helps identify records that cannot be mapped on the map. This helps track which modules are enabled and identify non-mappable records that need attention.

How to Access Modules & Records Summary

Click the Globe icon in the top right corner and open the Settings menu.
Click on Modules & Records in the Settings menu.

The Modules & Records page contains two main sections:

Enabled Modules
Non-Mappable Records

Note: The total count shown here is only based on the records that are integrated into RouteIQ. If the host service(Zoho CRM) module is integrated based on custom views, the count shown here could be lesser than the total records shown in host service.

Actions: Sort any column based on ascending or descending order.
E.g. you can sort non-mappable records or reason column by descending to know which module has the most non-mappable records.

Enabled Modules

The Enabled Modules section displays all RouteIQ modules along with their mappable and non-mappable record counts.

Column	Description
Module Name	The name of the host service module (e.g., Leads, Contacts, Meetings)
Mappable Records	The number of records that have valid addresses and can be plotted on the map
Non-Mappable Records	The number of records that cannot be plotted on the map due to address issues
Total Records	The total number of records in this module that are integrated with RouteIQ

Non-Mappable Records

The Non-Mappable Records section helps identify records that cannot be plotted on the map and provides insights into why they are non-mappable.

Column	Description
Module Name	The name of the host service module (e.g., Leads, Contacts, Meetings)
Non-Mappable Records Reason
Empty Address	Count of records with empty or missing address fields
Invalid Address	Count of records with addresses that cannot be geocoded
Address Credits Exhausted	Count of records waiting for address conversion due to exhausted credits
Queued Address Conversions	Count of records currently in the address conversion queue
Address Conversion Failed	Count of records where address conversion failed
Total	Total count of non-mappable records in the module

When you click on a module name in the Non-Mappable Records section, a detailed pop-up opens with the following information:

Summary Section - Count of records based on non-mappable reason and total.
List Section - Lists all the non-mappable records in the module along with their reason and actions supported.
Actions -
A. Filter capability for Non-Mappable Reason column.

Best Practices

Regular Monitoring: Check the Non-Mappable Records section regularly to identify and resolve address issues promptly.
Address Format: Ensure address text values in the records are valid.
Credit Management: Monitor your Address/Record Credits usage to prevent interruptions in address conversions. Learn more about Record Credits and Address Credits.
