Deducting Record Credits
A record credit is charged when a record is integrated for the first time with RouteIQ, or when the address of a record is modified in Zoho CRM.
Example:
A admin integrates the Leads in Zoho CRM containing 100 records with RouteIQ. After the integration is completed, the process of converting address into GPS coordinates is started. For each attempt of converting the address into GPS coordinate, a record credit is charged.
The converted GPS coordinate is used when a user views the record on the map in RouteIQ
To reduce record credit consumption, you can choose view based integration using which you can integrate only the necessary records.

How to access Record Credits Usage
To track and monitor your usage, click the globe icon in the top right corner of your homepage. This will open your Settings menu and under Subscription, the last item on that menu, there is a field titled "Record credits available". If you hover over the number, you will be able to see the total number of remaining record credits available in your account.

To see a detailed summary of your usage, go to Settings -> Credit Usage.
This table clearly displays all the details about your credit usage neatly. For further understanding, let's see what each of those rows mean.
1. Records created: When a new record is created and its address is geo-coded.
2. Addresses updated: When an existing record’s address is edited and reprocessed.
3. Queued address conversions: When an address is reconverted into co-ordinates
4. Address refresh policy: When records with addresses that are due conversion are converted

Record credits must be used within 12 months of purchase, after which they expire.
