A record credit is a token that is exchanged for an attempt to convert an address into GPS coordinates.
In the monthly plan, 1,000 free record credits per user license are added every month.

In the yearly plan, 12,000 free record credits per user license are added upfront.
Example:
An organization has six users of RouteIQ.
For the monthly plan:
At the beginning of each month 6000 (6 x 1,000) free record credits are added. Over a year, 72,000 (6,000*12) record credits are added.
At the beginning of each year 72,000 (6 x 12,000) free record credits are added.
Check the availability of record credits under Subscription. If record credits have been exhausted, you can click on manage and buy more record credits.
A record credit is charged when a record is integrated for the first time with RouteIQ, or when the address of a record is modified in Zoho CRM.
To reduce record credit consumption, you can choose view based integration using which you can integrate only the necessary records.
Record credits are centralized for an organization. Addition and deduction takes place at the organization level.
The conversion of an address into GPS coordinates is also centralized, and can be access by all RouteIQ user across the organization.
The conversion of an address to a GPS coordinate is valid for 3 months. After the three months, if the address is needed in the form of GPS coordinates, record credit will be charged for another conversion.
