How to save form snippets for reuse across multiple forms?

Form Snippets (Quick Part) let you reuse sections of a form across multiple forms, saving setup time and keeping everything consistent and current. By saving a snippet as a Quick Part with a custom name, you can reuse it in any new form directly from the Quick Parts gallery without recreating it each time.
 

 Prerequisites 

  • A document or template containing the required form fields.

  • Access to Quick Parts feature.

 

 Steps

  1. Create a document or template and add the required fillable fields.
 

 

  1. Select the fields you want to reuse.
  2. Go to Insert > Quick Parts > Save the selection as a Quick Part with a name.
  3. Open another form and insert the saved snippet from the Quick Parts gallery.

Note: You can also insert the saved snippet from the Fields tab.
