Has anyone implemented OCR functionality as a text input method for the CRM?

The users in my organisation are used to writing meeting notes using the pen and paper notebook. Asking them to enter those notes into the CRM is a chore and I suspect is a major hurdle for the digitalisation initiative to take off in this organisation. Has anyone has investigated integrating OCR functionality as a text input method for the CRM? If so, what did you do and what's your user experience journey, as in how the end users access this functionality and where the output goes to?

I see that it's possible to create a Zoho Creator app using the pre-trained or self-trained OCR AI model, but I don't know how to integrate this UI flow with the CRM.
