Automating Follow-up Email After Call Ends – Best Approach?

Hey Everyone,

I want to set up an automated follow-up email that gets sent to a client right after a call ends in Zoho CRM. I checked workflow automation, but I’m not sure if there’s a direct way to trigger an email based on call completion.

Has anyone done this before? Should I use Blueprints, Workflows, or a third-party integration?
